In my opinion Innocence doesnt have a great execusion, if you watch the documentary "Making of The Best Damn Thing", you will see they recorded a section of strings that was magnificent with avril vocalizacions and they left it out but besides they keep the edited vers cause Avril nailed the vocals in one take..

At this point she’s an underrated artist. I love the way she writes music. She was worth paying for the whole album. I still play her music, you can see her growth in her music.

I've always loved Freak Out, wish it had been an honourable mention.
I was always told I will be nobody when I grow up, I was born in a small town where nobody makes it, everybody laugh at my plans and instead of crying I worked my a** off to make my dreams come true, I use to listen "Anything but Ordinary" over and over again because I wanted my life to have a meaning (at least for me). 15 years later I realized how much that song helped me to get through my breakdowns. Simple lyrics, powerfull mesage, Anything but Ordinary... my ultimate favorite Avril Lavigne's song.

“Together” has always been one of my personal favorites. The entire “Let Go” and “Under My Skin” albums were go-tos for me in Middle School and I still enjoy them. I feel like it’s a super underrated song so it was nice to see it included on the list. 💕
