you would've been embarrassed no matter what underwear you were wearing. Since it was a medical space, everyone in there have seen all kinds of people undressed all the time. no biggie.
Honestly I still wear briefs. In fact i start wearing them till high school. Most of my classmates Didn't really care what we wore as long as we were in shape or thin. If you wanna wear them again but low rise I recommend Stafford's or from mid rise I recommend Ralph Lauren. I still don't care what people think you shouldmt either if you still like them
I switched before I started 5th grade, which is when I had to start changing for gym class. This was to avoid being made of for wearing "tighty whities" in the locker room. Other guys wore them and were not made fun of, so I decided to switch back in 7th grade. (I wore boxer briefs in between.) I'm now almost 27 and still wear them every day! I was the only one in any of my high school gym classes that wore tighty whities. I tended to keep them hidden while the rest of the guys walked around the locker room in their boxers! They are the underwear that I am most comfortable wearing; however, there was that feeling of embarrassment since I was the only one that wore them.
SO SAD. Real secure guys dont care and where what they want . Sad followers never do much in life
I would care less as to what other people thought about my underwear. Had anyone said anything, I would have just said why are you always looking at my underwear in the first place?
I did have a friend that didn't wear underwear and one day he grabed the wrong shorts and he came to me to help him zip them up. I had to move his goodies around to get them fastened up and ziped. Now that was fun in junior high school.

Middle school I switched to boxer briefs for a short while but I switched back when I was in high school and 30 now and still enjoy my briefs. Undies are a preference and no one should have to worry.
I'm the opposite! I started wearing tighty whities because I hated the big baggy boxer shorts my parents would get me. They were knee-length and looked like board shorts. I hated wearing them and got myself tighty whities instead.

Having worked in an ER and been a patient I have seen worst. Glad it all worked out. Try waking up after surgery and finding you have no underwear on. Mom comes in waving a pair of tights whiteys not realizing I had switched to boxers like a lot of kids did when they hit middle school.

Ok I am older than most of you. When I first undressed in the locker room of junior high most of us boys wore white briefs. But this was was a time when we were pointed at and laughed out each other's differences. In the 70's colored briefs became the thing and white briefs were laughed at. I disagree that white briefs look like a diaper and continue to wear them daily.
I got teased a bit as well and told that I was wearing training underwear and was still on the first stage of underwear
I wore them until about 7th grade. Then I changed for a while and didn’t wear them at all so when I was in the locker room I’d get the look like ‘woah’ no underwear? DUUUUDE . 😝 After a while though, I did go back to wearing them or a jock strap since I started having ‘issues’. I kept that up until a few years ago when I shifted to UnderArmour Boxer-Briefs. I have never had underwear that comfy before! I never looked back!

I broke my leg skiing when I was 10, my first time. Same problem. The ski didn't come off. I passed out from the pain. The trip down the hill and the ride to town are a blur. In the hospital they took off my skiiboots and cut everything else off. I was wearing longjohns. I was laying there naked with my mother and a bunch of other people staring at me. It was humiliating. I love tightly whiteys though.

Similar thing had happened to me. After I had finish summer school, I had went to hospital an appendicitis, my appendix had exploded. Personnel put me to sleep while I was fully dressed and couple hours later, I had woken into a crowded area hospital and realized they completely undressed me, even removed my boxer briefs/underwear. I had laid inside there completely naked and my "business" hanging everywhere. Bunch of people saw me naked and even by one point, everybody had stared @ me like "you are our next victim". My summer was ruined that year as I spent it on summer school and hospital.
Eventually, I had gotten over my medical situation and moved on later. I had learned not to let anything or anybody to effect or intimidate me later. I say StanChris and everbody should not let anybody intimate them on which clothing and underwear to wear later. If you and StanChris like tighty whities, it's comfortable and make you feel good, head for it later. Real men wear which is comfortable, best, and perfect fit for them and do not let anything or anybody to effect or intimidate them. Lots of men wear briefs and tighty whities. I seen plenty of CZcams videos on it. Hey, be confident of yourself. Plus, enjoy things, underwear, and clothing you really like later.

It's much easier for kids to be out and open, in the major or larger US cities and aires of the country where there are lots of college educated parents, but still totally hell, in the bible belt, where the church runs the entire town and a kid , parents still monitor the internet, so you don't know what's going in in other kids worlds.
The mormans, only recently excepted that "You are Born Gay" but they don't cross the line. Boys are brainwashed to believe, that " god has given you a gift, to test your faith!" God, wants you to fight the ergs and find a girl to marry and have lots and lots of kids" The Guilt them by saying, if you "stray" Not only will you spend eternity in hell, but you will drag your entire family with you, if they aren't successful in changing your way.
I work at a large university with a huge gay population. No one cares if 2 boys or girls hold hands and go to dances! At our school, it's the homophobic kid who get's counseling, not the kid who he/she bullies.

Yes I broke my back in 3 places at 15 and broke my left leg 4 separate times and broke my left ankle 1 and never properly heals so now I have a permanent limp for ever but it is ok I luv you and your Chanel my new fav 🏳️🌈 Chanel keep up the good work

sorry to hear about the broken leg but, at least you were in the hospital. When I was 14 I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was on the grass nest to the sidewalk, in my small town, trying to compose myself. Someone had called 911 and the EMTs showed up were checking me out and had to cut my brand new jeans off to check my legs, they were fine. But, I was basically laying in the grass in just my tightey whities for anyone walking by to see. Just FYI I was physically not hurt, finding this out after a trip to the ER. Only ever cracked my collar bone playing chicken (on land)
Damn the exact same thing happened to me. I was much older than you, about 23 years old. Snapped my anterior cruciate ligament on a slope in Reno. I was inexperienced and did not realize the ski boots were too tight in the skis, they did not break away when I was falling. When I was lying on the side of the ski trail waiting for some assistance the other experienced skiers all splashed wet show on me. LOL I was also taken down the slope in a sled pulled by a guy. I HAD BOXERS ON but it does not matter. I enjoy your content and your channel.
I ski too and grew up when tighty whities were pretty much the norm. Great bulge potential but little benefit otherwise.

I've broken both legs, left elbow, left hand, a few fingers, & my neck. Hopefully no more broken bones, I've had enough! They always cut my clothes off, then give them back for some reason. I grew up in the 1960s. That’s all there was. White briefs. There were baggy boxer shorts that your dad wore. If you didn’t wear white briefs, you got laughed at. So stick to your white briefs. If anyone laughs, just tell them to go to hell.
I always wanted to ski but changed my mind in 7th grade after seeing the carnage returning on the school ski bus every week. Too many broken bones and severe sprains, besides, I always hated cold weather.
Ok boys let’s not confuse “tighty whities” with nice low rise briefs from Calvin Klein or Andrew Christian etc. Tighty Whities are bought at Target or Walmart and come in multi packs for $12 bucks and look terrible and have no pouch. Then you have nice, comfortable briefs from Calvin Klein that use premium materials, have a nice attractive cut and a pouch so things don’t get smashed. Those are the briefs to get. Started wearing briefs again and...yeah, total change in life! First pair of 2(x)ist briefs were mind blowing. Few years later, I found myself reviewing multiple brands online.

Ouch. Transverse and spiral fractures of the tibia are common injuries for Alpine (downhill) skiers. I hope there were no bone fragments to clean out and that no pins, etc. were required. I have never quite understood skiing downhill at 35 MPH toward stationary objects such as trees and buildings. Nordic, cross-country skiing is much safer. People tend to get lost and then they need help to find their way back. Regardless, nice story. Thanks for sharing.
Broke my left tibia and fibula in half playing ice hockey back in high school. U got the body and package to rock the tighty whiteys now. And I cant rock regular boxers unless someone wants a free view ( not all the fruit wants to stay in same basket)

Still .. it's a lot of pain ... I'd cry too! Tighty Whities are just not a good look for any kid who's a little bit sensitive. I made my mom buy me boxers when I got pants-ed in the 4th grade by a group of girls. I would only wear my swim suit underneath until I got boxers. I was 9, and wow .. so embarrassed!

Hey just wanted to tell you, I watched a few Videos of yours , mostly because I was curious about Young Gay experiences, as a much older man, you had Coming Out so easy it made me laugh! I enjoyed it cause I was just 1 of the Queer people who healped pave the way for You ! I know it was only the 1970's & 80's when I Came Out , But things were so different, I had a Staff meeting in 9th grade where they wanted to have me Expelled from school cause I was Gay ! Hey, I understand it is unfortunate you had this kind of accident. It does suck. However, you would had felt embarrassed, regardless of which underwear (boxers, trunks, and/or briefs) you had anyway. Medical personnel are accustom to seeing "everything" that they may not even think of it but if you think having only underwear was bad, you will not believe this later. When I was your age, by 2001, I had to attend summer school and got to finish 2 weeks before next school year began. I was like, I can rest before school begins. I was wrong. Suddenly, I had an appendicitis, my appendix had exploded. I had went to hospital. Evening before surgery, surgeons put me to sleep while I was fully dressed and I had boxer briefs that day. Couple hours later, I had woken into a crowded area of the hospital and realized they entirely undressed me, they even removed my boxer briefs/underwear, and I was laying down completely naked and my "business" hanging everywhere. They had me on stand by for surgery. A nurse had tried to keep me pin down facing the ceiling, I guess I was not suppose to waken and they did not want me to see it. Everybody inside and entering/leaving that area saw I was completely naked laying down. Even by one point, everybody had stared @ me like "you are our next victim". I was in the hospital for the rest of summer and if I am not mistaken, I think I even missed the first week of school. My entire summer had flush down the drain that year. Eventually, I had gotten over my medical situation and moved on later. I had learned not to let anything or anybody to effect or intimidate me later.
Honestly and therefore, you should not let one unfortunate situation, anything, or anybody to effect or intimidate you on which clothing and underwear you wear on yourself. Regardless, of things you like and which clothing you wear, there is always possibilities of haters. Screw and ignore the haters. Real men wear which is comfortable, best, and perfect fit for them and do not let anything or anybody to effect or intimidate them. Lots of men wear briefs and tighty whities. You are not alone!!! I seen youtube videos where guys share their views on why they prefer briefs and tighty whities later. There is nothing wrong wearing briefs and/or tighty whities. If it is comfortable, soft, perfect fit and makes you feel good, head for it later.
If I found briefs and/or tighty whities that are comfortable, soft, and perfect fit later, I will wear them later. Personally, I will prefer briefs and/or tighty whities than boxers, which are too baggy and feel like a ruff pair of shorts underneath your clothes.
If you find yourself in medical situation again, which I think will rarely happen, my tip to you is ask for a blanket or hospital gown. Most certainly, they will hand it to you.
I understand this is a long comment but I want you to know that again, you are not alone and be confident of yourself. Plus, enjoy things, underwear, and clothing you really like later.

It’s been a long time since I was that age but I don’t remember my type of underwear being an issue. I guess there are a couple of choices here. Either it was too big or too small! 😂. LMAO this is exactly me. I broke my tibia because my binding didn't unlatch. Hopped off the lift, beat my dad down the trail and wiped out...same weird sled thingy to the bottom, then to the hospital... pants cut, everything just out for the whole ass hospital to see. Safe to say I'm not returning to that specific resort anymore.
also everybody else is right, in the medical field, they see it all. I had some other health issues and did actually wake up without any clothing on once. May seem awkward, but I'm sure the wife who brought her husband with an eggplant up his ass felt more awkward. :)

Hey Chris, great story, but that was a major break, any problems after? Did you guys contact the company who made the boot? I’ve broken my left arm too, the two separate bones from the elbow to the hand. I was trying to stand on my bicycle seat, and fell with my left arm hitting the angle part of the curb, then my bike came falling on my arm to finish it off! I cried too, but tried to hide it from my buddy. And the reason I stopped wearing my briefs was because I had to get a physical for a job I got at General Motors, problem was they put all the guys together to check us and most of the guys were older and very well-developed older men there in their boxers looking hot. While I was this skinny eighteen year old with the only briefs of the group. I looked like a super nerd, and swore I would never wear those tight things again. I even tried to get hard, so I could look more manly. Didn’t work, I was still this six foot tall stick that weighed in at 135lbs, which the nurse said in a rather loud voice? I had a similar experience snowboarding one time.. I went off the path accidentally and tumbled down the side of the mountain for a few feet until I landed on my back and slammed the back of my head on a rock. I remember I started to black out but then a bunch of snow fell on me and I snapped myself out of it real quick cuz I didn't wanna drown unconscious under snow. Then my friend came and pulled me out. It sucked. It didn't change the kind of underwear I use tho. 😂
There is worse things then a brake. When I just turned 16 I was hit on a side impact. I have a very high tolerance for pain growing up with migraines. Turns out I had dislocated the the smaller bone in my right leg. They didn't find it for 17 years. It had grown to be 2 inches longer then it should forcing my foot to angle about 15 degrees from straight. When they said they couldn't fix it by cutting the bone and steal pins plus years of learning to walk again. I learned embrace on the bad days are my best freind

I went to a camp for two weeks at 13. Always worn tighty-whities up to that point. In a cabin with 11 other guys around my age. I was the only one whose underwear was tighty-whities. It became a cabin joke and everyone made fun of me the whole time. When I got home, my birthday was in a few weeks. I completely surprised my parents by asking for boxers and boxer briefs (in assorted colors and designs) for my birthday.
Boys wear what u like no judgement I like cartoons in my size ofc and I make my own it's what I like but I do understand just don't make fun of other ok it's not cool

Funny, but sad story. Thanks for sharing, - but - Here's the thing - if you have a nice body, or near nice body, the tighty whities enhance or improve your look both front and back. A lot of boxers can make you look like some old grandma walking around with a load in her drawers. Also, you really want to keep sitting on your junk all the time?

I will never wear boxers, they were created for very large men (______) 8 that needed to wear something to hold you up. I personally wear jockstraps or fitted skin tight undies, I have big legs to show so more power to ya for wanting large men undies.
At 8 years old you are worried about being seen in undies. The endorphins from the broken leg must have really messed up your head. If my leg was broke the last thing I would be thinking about is how the undies looked. Pain changes the priorities and alters thinking. Traumatized for life from a broken leg.

Just over 10 years in clinical and pre-hospital emergency care here. Be thankful they didn’t get you trauma-naked Chris😂. To answer your question, never any true breaks that I know of, but two dislocated shoulders, a dislocated knee, meniscal tear and a whole bunch of overuse stuff from the Army. 😬

Yea I broke a bone my ankle but had to get surgery and currently still healing, but it was the skinner bone and my tendon disconnected😬
