Excellent video. Been doing the breathing and cold showers for years. I'm sure it helps me at almost 61 and with various aches and pains and gym injuries. In fact sometimes I fall asleep whilst doing the breathing exercises. Wish I could find somewhere to try an Ice bathin London. I live in a high rise without a garden so can't make a homemade one

You’re the best! I keep a fond memory of your show at UPW 2016 in San Jose. I now live in the South of France and do sometimes cold bath in the Mediterranean but it’s not icy :) it’s my goal to do ice baths. Do you plan to come to the South of France? We have a big stadium as well in Nice, and the beach. It’s like the French Californie here. Very nice. Enjoy your time in Paris! If you like macarons I highly recommend the ones from Pierre Hermé, tastier and less sweet than Laduree. Hugs, Virginie

I don't suffer from depression , but i imagine how hard could be to live with that and wanting to talk about it . Sometime , the sadness and depression could be so deep . I really hope that you will be better
I do the breath holding every morning after a bit of meditation.I had depression on and off for 30 years,and it is gone now.Once you take control of your emotional state,you get back in control.One day at a time.Take care.

So are you supposed to do all the breathing and retention rounds and then on the last one just get in and carry on the breathing?
Don’t hyperventilate or breath hold in water, just breath slow and paced, focus on long exhale
