    Sir. I stopped feeling my quads since a month. I train my legs twice a week. I do different types of squats in 15/12/10/8 reps. Im increasing the weights too than before, still i dont have leg pain after leg days. I feel pain in quads while doing extensions but others no. Can you suggest something?

    Sir I have this issue with my right arm where I can't feel my triceps engaged enough when I do pushups . When i complete my set i can easily feel the pump in left arm but not in right arm. Please sir give me your suggestions
