Keep in mind that is Sarah Michelle Gellar aka "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". She has more range than I expected honestly. Respect. As for the autotune, maybe Vader grew tired of her talking in a training session and cut her throat. And, maybe she has a cybernetic voice box that adds that effect. Just a theory I had since Vader in Disney Canon likes to abuse the Inquisitors.
Something I like across all Star Wars media is how much the Inquisitors seem to dislike each other. They antagonize one another, undermine the others authority, mock each other etc. It's a total antithesis to the Jedi
That’s the way of the Sith though. I know the Inquisitors aren’t actually Sith but they’re Dark Side users who serve the Sith and it’s the same principle. Encouraging treachery and backstabbing.
I think Seventh Sister had one of the most tragic stories in Star Wars Rebels, before the rise of the Empire she was just a simple Jedi Padawan/Knight wanting to follow the jedi code and want to do what's right. then Order 66 completely broke her world. Her master was probably killed and she taken by storm troopers, the empire taking her and using all of their resources to force her to embrace the dark side. The Empire broke her innocence's and remade her into nothing but another cog in the empire's machine. I think Seventh Sister had so much more promise than what we got, I think as great as she was she was taken out of the game too quickly.
@@user-ym3jw6fi4d I didn't say it was great her being taken out. I mean her (and the rest of the inquisitors for that matter) never really had the chance and spotlight for any character development. Yes. Maul did have a point. Seventh Sister was gonna use Ezra's refusal to execute her as an advantage to kill or capture him if Maul had not chucked his lightsaber. It was kill or be killed. She was my favorite character, I was sad she died.
In the waning years of the Imperial Inquisitorius 5th Brother held the highest rank second to the Grand Inquisitor. 7th Sister by the looks of it held a similar rank to 8th Brother who most likely did his own thing due to his impulsive nature.
@@ambiguumspectatoremespecta9803 Even if 5th held the highest rank, it still seems that 7th Sister was basically in charge. 5th definitely followed her lead. It also seems that 7th Sister was more skilled than 5th Brother, judging by the Ahsoka duel where 5th Brother was knocked out twice and 7th Sister definitely held her own.
@@ambiguumspectatoremespecta9803 I don’t think their numbers indicate rank, but rather their order of recruitment, with the Grand Inquisitor being the first and oldest. This naturally tends to correlate with their age and experience, but that’s merely a by-product, rather than the causation. This makes a lot more sense than simple ranks, as their titles seem inspired by how children are sometimes referred to by their birth order, like “this is my eldest son, second son, first daughter, etc.”
Formally speaking she never got the chance, but based on the little we see in Rebels she does seem to be de-facto leading before she dies... she's the most skilled left by that point
If only The Inquisitors posed more of a threat and were more powerful. That would be amazing. Only 3 Inquisitors were really skilled fighters and those were Ninth Sister, Second Sister, and of course Grand Inquisitor. The others really weren’t that skilled. Seventh Sister was alright and was kinda skilled but still kinda underwhelming. And then Fifth Brother only has strength and a good force connection. And we didn’t see much of Eigth Brother so I can’t say much about him other than he did do alright and did have some skill but nothing special to be honest. And Reva is ok. Good force connection but again isn’t that skilled.
Let’s not get started on the fourth sister or most especially the sixth brother lol. Trilla is my favorite of them all, but the Grand Inquisitor is fairly solid in a show where the antagonists are generally pushed around a lot. Kenobi kind of ruined all the inquisitors that appeared which is a shame.
