Perfect! All the bedrooms are large with big closets. I wouldn't want a big backyard anyway, so the size is great. Don't want a bunch of grass to keep up with.

Great video Joe love the entrance into the home and that first bedroom is beautiful.... I definitely need the upgrades on everything love the dark cabinets throughout the kitchen and that walk-in pantry is a welcome plus..... That accent ceiling in the family room is beautiful and the backyard has to stay just the way it is and the pool is a very nice addition to the home...... Beautiful Master Bedroom and bathroom love the tile work and yes the deep tub TV hookup and that BIG closet 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾...... Second floor dark hardwood steps a plus for me love the media room all the rooms on this floor are very spacious for guests ........ That’s a huge kitchen. Well that’s a huge island. You can fit so many people. The kids could be sitting right there doing their homework while mom is making dinner. Or if you have a party we have a bunch of people coming over and sitting by the bar
I like electric range!! That’s a good size pantry. It looks like a coffered ceiling. I wonder if you can get that. A pool! !!!!!! YES!!! Hey I like how it has a sun shelf where are you can sit or lounge back on those lounge chairs and then jump right into the pool. And I love the fact that it’s on a lake. Let me have a little bit of a waterfront view come on now. Yay cabana bath with access going out.

I love that master bathroom. There is a TV by the bathtub? I would get that. Huge closet!!! Is that Onyx or is that marble? I like it all railing on the stairs no way get out of here!!! There is a loft and then there is a media room. That could be a good man cave. The kids could be playing in the loft wild dad is in the man cave. He can come out and check on them. Whoooooooow...

That stove what is induction is that something new I ain't never heard that.
You should look into it. I bought it for my wife and it boils water in less than a minute. The heat is constant, you just have to get used to it. Then you will love it.

Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm a foreigner. In this kind of houses, the land price is included? Or you just only buy the house from the builder but you must already have the land on a community.
This question may sound weird, but here in Argentina, if its a new house, you first buy the land, and then you build there, so you have to sum up land price + house price.

It's not a stupid question. You would have to purchase the house and the lot from the builder in this community. They won't build on your land. Lot price is separate.
