I FINALLY found the blueprints for this home and they are just as elegant as the video! I was blown away simply because this is a model home, but I did NOT think for one second that everything that was in the video would be on the blueprint. It's so amazing the way this home was put together but even more amazing how the blueprint was designed.

Beautiful only one thing at this price point. The master closet is not big enough otherwise perfect.

This is a beautiful home, i may be wrong. But it seems You converted the upstairs masters into a game room /family room, added a pool table game table and bar but that's the master bedroom well it seems as if it would be, the theater is where the bed would go and the game room the sitting area and the patio, the other bed rooms upstairs are too small to be a master so wheres the upstairs master?? I'm curious was that room originally meant to be the master bedroom?? 🤔

There are plenty of videos where the realtor just walks through the home and plays a little music. You would like those better. My style is not for everyone and that's okay. You MIGHT have considered just muting the video and going on your way instead of being unnecessarily critical.. you chose to go another way. One must try to be kind.

The media rook area and outdoor space is nice but the first floor area was very unappealing. Too masculine, too dark and not a good flow. I usually love the model homes. I just couldn't like this one.
