- We've headed East for this next video! This is A great luxury community in Oviedo which is like Winter Garden but on the east side of Orlando rather than the West side. Fantastic smaller community with this AMAZING floor plan. Honestly, I wanted to build this plan when I moved to Orlando, but it wasn't available in the communities that fit us. You are going to LOVE it! What is not to love about 7 bedrooms and 6 baths in over 5,000 square feet!!! Take a look and let me know what you think! If you are thinking of moving to Orlando or relocating from within the Orlando area, you'll want to check out Horizon West in addition to Apopka! Part of Winter Garden, this area is the country's largest planned community! It is absolutely gorgeous and the Town Center shops are going in, new schools, just fantastic all around. If you go out touring on your own, be sure to let them know that you want to work with me or I may not be able to help you and give you credit back at closing.

This is my fav!!! We would love this home!!! It's perfect for us!!! Moving to Orlando soon to start a foundation to help elderly/vets/disabled children. We have a pug and a chihuahua, while planning to adopt a boston terrier after buying a home there. AND.......just which pictures are hanging in the laundry room? LOL...a pug, chihuahua, and a boston terrier!!! Now how's that for confirmation?!?!?! So regardless of the home we get, we know we are supposed to be in Orlando!!!

Hi Salon! Thanks for watching! This particular home is to the northeast of the city of Orlando. About a 20 minute drive from the city center. Most of my videos are from the west part of the area, but Oviedo is a great town!
Amy, stop now! You will not be able to top this house. Myself and the Mrs are hyperventilating. Pound for Pound, this is probably the best one yet.
I agree!!! We SO wanted to buy this floorplan when we moved to the Orlando area, but it wasn't available in any of the areas we needed to be in! I love everything about it! Glad you do too!

Need way more garage space than any of these homes offer. Disappointing.
Hi John! I agree..... I wish every home offered a 3 car garage (or at least as an option). Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few communities/builders where the lots are wide enough to allow for it, but in most cases the lots are too narrow so IF there is a 3 car garage then it is tandem. Sometimes there is a garage "extension" structural option. In fact, I have client now who just completed their pre-drywall walk through and his home has a 2 bay and a separate 1 bay garage. They also added the 4' garage extension option so they have quite a bit of garage space. Thank you so much for watching!!!! Have a GREAT weekend!
