She is a great griot this Woman .... extremely underrated . Well done to u Ndlovukazi Nontsikelelo !!
Mna, ndicela abuye as soon as she can. Straight-forward, taker of no nonsense, knows her stuff, EPIC with a tinge of humour and will rub you up the wrong way if you lack confidence or generaly speak of things you know nothing about. Could give a TKO to any approaching tikolosh ingekangeni emnyango.
Mandivele ndithi: CAMAGU njengangoku ndingeka gqwetheki amehlo due to lack of respectful gratitude to my elders😅❤🙏🏽.
I love her to pieces.
Straight talk doesn't break any friendships love you iNdlovukasi
I-Ndlovukazi Nokuzola Mndende is just clear enough with explanation of Christianity she is blunt and straight futhi nje akadingi ne Ruler.Even young children can tell the contradictions of Bible nowadays.🤷🏾♂️
i am not a Corinthian ! i am not a Galatian 🤣 , i love her! Thank you MaMiya for Umama.
Siyabulela ngo Mama👏🏾 Ndikule ndim mamela kumhlobo wenene.
I used to listen to the Dr long time ago, one thing I like about her,she is not mixing African tradition and Christianity.its time to choose, you follow the amadlozi or Christianity.
The love of my life ❤ Prof Mndende
The King herself, always loved listening to her wealth of wisdom🙌🏾
ENKOSI MAMIYA SUCH AN AWESOME INTERVIEW !! FINALLY SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS THE TRUTH, A GENUINE EXERT ADDRESSING PROBLEMS WITHIN AFRICAN INDIGENOUS RELIGIONS AND SPIRITUALITY.
I woke up from a dream with certain questions and specifications. Saw this video and the specifications were there the answers to the questions were there, but you know moss a Bantu person operates in 3 degrees so it must still be confirmed by the other 2. Wishing uDabs many more years of wealth in knowledge and looking forward to her book.
"Woman stand up and protect men" 💐🙏🏿👏🏿✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

Thank You Dr. Mndende.
Wow the information you are giving us is so mind-blowing, The fact that Africans claim spirituality to be theirs when spirituality is global.
I am not following on the gay science part that has to do with child urine.
Thank you for answering my question about why don't we have certain teachings in our culture. Now I understand that it was because most of our beliefs, cultures and values were destroyed.
So informative and enlightening......

Oh Ndimthanda🤩
I'm scared of " IMVUMA KUFA" when Jesus said He is life, and we should receive life through Him.. yhoo...
I understand if Women don't want to live in a mother-in-law compound. Some Mothers-in-law have misused their power over their Daughter-in-law. I believe in Women living in their Family household. Children belong to their Mother's Clan. A lot of Daughters-in-law have been abused by their in-law's Family members. How do we protect our Daughter-in-law while they are living by their inlaws? Who will stand up on her behalf? If we allow Polygamy for Man who is going to please the other Woman. At last same Mother inlaws use their power as older Women with Male Children to impose their will on their daughter inlaws.
On top of that, what should we do with unmarried Women? I will never and I don't want to get married (Ownership by a Man). What should we do with Woman who wants to stay unmarried and free from ownership by their Husband. At last, I want to inherit my Family name to my Children. What should we do with a Woman like me?
❤
Siyathanda ukuthi si importe yonke into.
❤ please abuye
Telling the honest truth, some of us grew up in a township,we do not know our relatives, asikwazi nozthutha, and it is a big embarrassment
I genuinely understand the parents who would get caught up in townships during the holidays. Rural areas have dark untold stories. Some have to do with witchcraft, abuse protected by culture and traditions, and many more. Please try not to feel embarrassed ngwana ko gae.
Start embarking on the journey to go back. Not all rural babies understand who they are. Being born in a rural area gives one the experience of both the urban and rural social structures. That is the beauty in it. Depending on your family's beliefs, it also teaches you how to separate religion from Botho (uBuntu). At least my parents awarded us that opportunity. Lesedi ke le o! Kganya!😊

We all have beliefs.
No one wants to submit to another,
No wants to lose the debate
No one wants to be corrected
But at the end of the day, one chooses what fits his conscience
But in all that there is only one truth.
Jesus will come only for those who chose Him, He says, those the Father has given me.
We are approaching the final exams/ Judgement day, some will cry I should have yielded to the truth.
My take is that, there is no God for Africans, and one for Indians, and for Europeans and so on, to me it makes no sense at all since there is only one God that will judge.😊

Lots of opportunities missed to educate the young about Xhosa culture. This interview felt centred around her ego, criticism and her feministic views rather than guidance.
I think as amaXhosa we are most likely to benefit from this interview ngoba izinto ezinintsi zizinto zesiXhosa ezithethwa apha.
I SAY THIS ALL THE TIME SPIRITUALITY HAS NO COLOR BLACK PEOPLE STOP THINKING YOU ALONE HAVE SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE EVERY RACE ON THIS PLANET HAS THEIR OWN SPIRITUAL POWER AND KNOWLEDGE, ENKOSI MAMA FOR CLEARING THAT I CAN LEARN ABT FROM U MAMA SHE HAS TOO MUCH KNOWLEDGE ❤
This was my favourite part and she actually took me by surprise, first time hearing someone declare this boldly. I got sick and tired of this popular BS claiming us melanated are the chosen ones and the only spiritual people, what a load of rubbish. Everyone is spiritual, WE ARE NOT THE BODY.
I'm nothing without a woman
I’m judged when I tell Africans that they cannot double dip into African Spirituality and into Christianity and expect all to go well. Example: When doing iMbeleko, and the child’s first name is Moses (they defend this name saying it’s from the Bible and name of great Grandfather [who was a slave]), and then you want to open the ceremony with a prayer to the Christian god and thereafter want to introduce your child named Moses to ooRhadebe. It all went wrong from the naming of the child with a name not of your people. Then want you to introduce that child to your African ancestors through a god that is not theirs. Hayi khona!!
Must we go back to inkciyo?
Gays were there in Sodom and Gomora😂
Umama uMndende uzama ukuthini nge homosexuality? Eishh.
😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️
😂😂😂😂Ndiyamthanda uMama but ow yini senze ntoni as iLGBTIQ+? 😩,it's bittersweet though when Queer people feel excluded when it comes to indigenous cultures😞💔is there even hope? Camagu🙏🏽💕
I kindly disagree with her 🫣💚🙏🏿
@iamladylu I know how you feel, so unfortunate because this spreads homophobia although unintentional, I believe she means well. I can forgive her on that one because she comes from a generation that's pretty much clueless about sexuality let alone homosexuality. Her very statement here already tells you that she's likening problems around male genitalia with homosexuality, in other words she's saying that culturally they can detect physical problems from a male child that might result in him having weak erections for an example, or no erection at all, therefore this automatically means that boy child will prefer to be penetrated instead, like a woman, meaning that gays are men who get penetrated, they do not penetrate because they have issues with "ubudoda babo, their genitalia" so if we fix ubudoda babo we have automatically fixed homosexuality, they are now real men who can penetrate. This is a huge misconception about what homosexuality really is, homosexuality has nothing to do with one's genitalia, you can fix the boy's penis or erectile issues all day long but he will remain gay, that's if he was gay to begin with. This stereotype about what manhood is ignores the fact that other gay men do not get penetrated but rather they are the ones in an active role(doing the penetration). Many do not realize this because of the misguided view that gay men are women which then debunks Mama's theory of fixing the homosexuality out of a boy child. Homosexuality has nothing to do with genitalia, it's an emotional, physical, psychological attraction towards the same sex.
I prefer the mistresses than another official wife, I can deal with women's stress damn, no
Thanks for bringing her, she has a lot of knowledge but on the gay part she is misinformed😅
I agree 😅
Rather say you dont agree with her view regarding homosexuality. Saying umama misinformed is ridiculous because its her truth.
@lehlohonolomogadime6161 what are you even talking about? You can't have your truth about something like sexuality as if it were some kind of opinion, it isn't. Gay people are wired that way, that's who they are, in that regard she's definitely misinformed, she's still one of my top teachers though, love her to bits
@@edmundsishange3608I agree we need an intergenerational discussion/debate noGqirhalwazi(Dr) Mdende. I do not agree with their statement on the sexuality issue 'LGBTQIA+' community. I always see this platforms as an opportunity to advise and learn from each other (running away from the term/word 'educating'.

Let us drive and fly cars and airplanes from Gatyane not German and England.....i sense hypocrisy here, magqirha want bhotile emhlophe, for their ancestor communications made in Russia, hey kunzima laphe khaya 😂😂😂
Yes you are not a Galatian yes you are not a Corothians. But the ancestory of blacks goes back to those descendents. Its just that the colonials twisted the minds of africans by changing the maps the geographics. All those things that are in the bible happened here in Africa. Jesus was of a black genetic
Other thing , yes woman have the spiritual strength but the problem I have with woman in leadership their are reactional to every situation/ emotional. They use their emotions to control them that is not good as a leader.
