Have you talked to her to the point she didn't want to? I stopped choosing the "I want to talk" after the conversation in which you have a chance to ask her about her tatoos.
I think my dialogue with Jack is bugged or something, because I never got to say her lines about the suicide mission after I blow the base up, she just keeps saying "Hey"
@Dmitry Kadlec-Redkin Well...found a video where the player kept the Collector Base. Zaeed commented how Joker handled himself good despite that he have glass bones. :)
Shame Morinth isn't included, 'cos her opinion and approval counts as well also, as well as EDI's and Joker's too, I think, but, I suppose this is o.k for now at least.
