Very good :) I enjoyed these. It wasn't a mile for me though (about 1400 steps) and I was moving a little faster than the workout but still got my heart pumping!

But nevertheless, I try to do workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels. And a lot of people actually appreciate more rest time! No I support rest time....Rest Time needed to relax your body.... Continue nonstop exercise leads to exertion of heart...or ite dangerous to our body....
This is perfect for those who have knee issues etc, easy walk, those who are new to exercise this will not be intimidating to them. This is perfect for when I want low impact days. My sister and I does Roberta Gym on a daily basis as challenges know matter the workout its Roberta every month. Thank you for this. We love walk videos as well as HIIT

Nitika yes it will - walking is basically a cardio exercise. And if done regularly everyday (or even better - multiple times a day) then it will help burn the calories and improve circulation. Also every person must do at least 30-45 minutes of active movement everyday in order to remain healthy. Good luck and keep walking and exercising regularly! 💪❤️
