- Dadish is a super cute Super Mario World inspired platformer which offers a decent amount of challenge, over the 2-3 hour radish-rescuing adventure. Be a good dad-ish and go save your stupid kids (that is literally how they are addressed in the game)!

Yeah, I got both on sale for $1.99 each . So cute and with short levels makes it perfect for me .
This game was a great balance of being hard without being too hard
Its one of few games that I actually enjoy it not being focused on the challenge. 😅
I picked this one up a few days ago and have had a lot of fun playing it. I can't wait to play the sequel.

I actually heard about this one before seeing this! Which isn't usually the case with this channel, lol. I think BeatEmUps played this game as part of a "I play randomly generated Switch games" video.

I could have sworn that you had already reviewed this one ; I'm quite shocked that wasn't the case (I'd have mentioned it to you had I known!). I think this is one of the most underrated games on the eShop ; it kinda looks like shovelware at a glance on the eShop page, but it's such a solid, cutesy, funny little platformer ! Apparently there's only one developer, a chap named Thomas K. Young ; he also did a roguelite-adventure-platformer named "Super Fowlst 2" (I'd reccomend you'd check it out too). As many people said, Dadish 2 actually came out in january, and it's (mostly) more of the same (which is very good news in this instance !). Plus, both can be found very often very cheap on sale.
It really does look like shovelware. OMG, I feel embarrassed saying it, but I am so happy I played it.
It looks like its fun to play, I just wish there was an extra layer of polish to the graphics which would really push me into the buy now column.
Got this heavily discounted, have really enjoyed how chill it is and the genuinely funny dialogue, already bought the sequel

I’ve been playing this one ! I’m at level 8 or 9, where double jumping away from deadly spikes all around you will take some practice . But I like it enough so far to buy the second one on sale too! Thanks for the review !

Ok! I went ahead and got it and it's fantastic. I love the controls. It's easy at first and as with most games, I'm a little stuck now in the third world as it gets pretty hard. But it's ok. I'm having fun and it's addicting and funny.

You should also chect out a game called "Mushroom Heroes". It's similar, but it has 3 characters that you can switch between on the fly. The puzzles are a bit deeper than in Dadish. It goes on sale for about $1.30 quite often. I wanted to recommend it sooner, but I forgot what it's called X)
This really reminds me of a mobile game called super cat bros.
For some reason, there are a lot of good "cat focused" games on android.
Android users are pretty cat-friendly. Lol!

This is a good little platformer for the price. I bought the sequel also but haven't played much of it (it already has been released jsyk).

I also beat dadish 1 on both mobile and switch without dying I just love them so much I didn't beat any of them well collecting all stars without dying but atleast beat game all levels without dying

Pretty good game, I played it on android. That burger boss (I think it was a burger) was pretty annoying though.
I liked the pizza named hotdog. He's like, "Are you absolutely certain that is your name?" Lol!
Daidsh was a blast, but too short, unfortunately. I also got it on sale, but blew through the game so quickly. Dadish 2 is already out, I've considered buying it a couple times, but so far have held off.
Also: as far as "punishing" platformers go, it's a good introduction for kids.
Only bad thing about a good game... not enough of it.
Yah I definitely agree dadish 1 mobile is way to short I once beat it in under a half an hour 100% that's way to short when people 100% a game in under half an hour then that means it's way to short dadish 1 on switch and dadish 2 were quite a bit longer more levels and more in it I have dadish 1 and 2 on both my phone and switch I love them alot I love to replay them

It's an easier and more light-hearted alternative to Celeste imo😂 if you're new to platformers this is an excellent way to get into it! Also, it's 4 am and I'm sitting on the couch playing this game and giggling because of the jokes. 10/10.

I started playing this 1 and number 2 on the mobile but then eventually played it them on switch the first dadish game on switch has 10 more levels on it then what the 1 on mobile does and you can skip cutscene on the switch but not on mobile some other Slight differences to yah I agree the dadish 1 on mobile is really short it can be beat in like 30 even on 100% alot of games are like that really fun but to short the one on switch and dadish 2 are alot longer then 1 on mobile EXSPECIALLY to collect all stars switch dadish 1 level 33 is sometimes a nightmare to collect the star

Ok. This one I actually want. It looks amazing to me. It reminds me of NES games. I will be putting it in my wish list but I will wait for a sale.... Looking at it more I think maybe I mean SNES...
