Everyone has a family name nowadays, and this custom has stuck around as a middle name now.
36:25 | The word you're looking for is Gopnik. It's a funny concept and we make fun of it all the time, generally accepted, but it's a stereotype, we aren't like that. It's in reference to the 90s, when pretty much everyone lived in poverty, and grew up like thugs, thus gopnik is one who must survive by any means necessary, but still finds enjoyment in the way of life. Kinda like people from the ghetto in the US, but we all know it's just a load of bullshit. A bunch of meaningless stereotypes.

Officially taught in schools cursive really is like that, HOWEVER usage of that cursive isn't that required after the fifth grade, so some people including me are writing semi-cursive since then (I've met some resistance from teachers about that but what can they do?). This doesn't apply to medical things, their writing is the worst ._.
