Revolvers don't leave casings unless you open the breach and dump them out. Interesting detail there.
Definitely one of the first things I thought of when I heard that part. Revolvers do not eject casings unless done so manually, so it is weird that the casings were left behind.

They should have not put in that part about the casings, or at least used a calibur for the story that's common in a semi auto pistol, instead of a revolver. Something like 9mm would have worked perfectly with that detail.

I'm folding laundry at 1am working at a motel in Wisc. I've had a hard time keeping both head phones in at once. Definitely a little Creepy for sure.

Story 3 sound like the news clip of the old man who killed home intruders like word for word except the fact they were at a motel
I think his adrenaline was taking over and he couldn't stop himself.... feel bad for her but she brought this upon herself....
Old man stood on business. My guess is he was a vet and that wasn't the first person he's offed

My stomach fucking dropped when she said she found the air tag but I'm so glad she got tf out of there quickly and ignored her psycho ex. Sounds like she's doing way better and I hope that her life only improves from there.

Honestly I'm a sucker for convincing stories and sadly a lot of stories lately have too much purple prose so they don't sound real, like a creative writing exercise someone's prof made them do

It's not an AI and you can tell because AI voices don't sound human; they always sound unnatural and robotic. Lots of people say LOL as a word instead of individual letters; it's just a personal preference. Most of all though this is such a strange and bit insensitive to comment this on OP's original comment.

I spoke to a cop once when I had someone threaten me-if you see or hear anything suspicious, call the police. It's their job to investigate anything odd and it's not up to the random civilian to put themselves in harm's way. But if you just stand by and take the "Well this isn't my business" mantra, you better pick a god and pray if something like that ever happens to you that someone won't have the same attitude.
I called the cops on my neighbor at my first shitty apartment because I heard screaming and she was outside her buiding in her bra and underwear in 20 degree weather and it was about 10pm. I had no idea what was going on (was she on drugs? Domestic dispute? Idk) so I called the police and they came very shortly and picked her up after I explained that I was worried but didn't know what was going on. About an hour later I saw her returning with her clothes on and she moved out shortly after. It didn't seem like she got in any sort of trouble and I'm glad I called.

The details are way too similar for this story to not be a rip-off of the actual event.
True story is couple breaks into old man’s house (home invasion) old man starts poppin dude runs off, female tries to run off but may have gotten hit in the leg or just fell (don’t remember exactly) female tells him she is pregnant, old man pops her, she died and won’t be doing anymore home invasions on the elderly.😊

The first one, at the beginning, reminded me of a part of that movie called 'No Country for Old Men'. It called to mind the part where Anton Chigurh goes looking for Llewellyn, asks the landlady where he's at, and she tells him "We can't give out that information" twice because he just creepily repeated the question, after she said no the first time. You think he is going to redrum her, but then he hears someone else in a different room and leaves. It's a tense scene, because the audience already knows how violent and dangerous he is. The lady at the desk doesn't know him, or anything about him though, she doesn't realize just how scared she should be. Although you can see she's starting to get a bit nervous. It's actually a surprising scene, in that she did survive it, and that guy redrumed just about everybody in that movie.

A revolver still has the casings in it.
Story four: "fired all 6 bullets from his 38 revolver and didn't pick up the casings." Revolvers don't drop casings after firing, they stay in the cylinder. 🧐
To be fair, I would've reloaded right then out of adrenaline and paranoia. But I would've put the casings in my pocket.

I am forever grateful that my crazy ex showed his true colors before he moved to my country. It meant he had no way to get to me physically once the emotional abuse started because guaranteed it would have turned into multiple forms of abuse if he could. He stalked me online for three years before I managed to hide from him. I was about halfway through the process of applying for a fiance visa for him when he started to go off the rails. I'm so glad he started when he did because who knows what kind of situation I would be in had he managed to get legally connected to me, especially with me as his immigration sponsor. Last time he found me he threatened to kill himself if I didn't take him back and I said go ahead then blocked him and was able to hide for good. Good riddance you vile piece of garbage. I feel for anyone who is trying to free themselves from an abusive situation, whether that be friends, family, or a partner. There is help, be brave.

I would say working in a a motel on the night shift is one of the most dangerous jobs, But if I had to bend that employee and saw what he saw in the beginning, I would have called 911 immediately and maybe someone could have been saved and maybe not but always if any of us see anything stranger crazy call for help!! We could save a life or more! Thank you for the wonderful stories you read me to sleep at night! ❤

I was teetering on if i liked your narration on the first 2 stories.... But then that 3rd story about Smokie had me entirely in. I hand to the man above haven't listened to anything for that long without getting distracted or getting bored I didn't want it to end and usually my thoughts are wait what happened and ugh hurry and tell me what happened. I mean I'm sure you dont care but for something to have my attention like that and me not realize until it was over is a flipping miracle i cant recall happening well idk it's been too long.
