Self care is so important. I was burning the candle at both ends in 2019: taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s while still working full time as an RN, being a mom to a teen that was going through a rough patch, being a wife and maintaining the household. I had a nervous breakdown and getting out of bed was ridiculously hard. It took four months to recover.
Do what you need to do for yourself. You get one life and living it stressed out all the time ruins your quality of life

I feel bad for channel creators when they apologize for taking a break. There is always money to be made, its more important to take care of oneself.

I feel bad for content creators that they feel they need to apologize because if they don't people will just unsubscribe even though everybody should be able to take a vacation or time to their self without having to apologize.

First Story: Shawn/Sean was probably shot by one of the speed freaks in the trailer with him. He could have been running for the door and they may have shot him to avoid him getting away. Meth heads are straight up crazy. That PO shouldn't blame himself but that's easy to say outside of his shoes.

It's crazy to think lots of us have been here for 10 years +/-. Young CZcams days for scary stories was a different time. They were either all 4chan made up, copy pastas, or the most popular stories from no sleep stories.

I take the opportunity to revisit some of my favourite videos (or podcasts) from the creator when they take a break. Or, if I'm new/ish to the channel, I'll take the opportunity to make my way through older videos. I'm not going to be able to get through all the offerings on a nearly 10 year run channel, but I'll give it a good go.

I can’t even remember the first time I heard you! I think it was in 2017 when I used to work at Walmart. I got tired of listening to the same music so I looked up spooky stories and stumbled across your channel. Been hooked ever since and now my boyfriend is too! We listen when I take my relaxing baths every night with my candles. It so soothing and makes me sleep like a baby!
