  • I came across a rare Newqida Formula F1 car that I had to convert. But I needed some tires to fit over the plastic ones until I find wheels that will fit, so I used another toy Rc cars tires.
In part II for this car I will make front arms and springs to help it turn much better. Stay tuned!

I would actually like to check that out. I need more brushless motors that fit these cars and the pinions to match.

I think I have the same F1 as yours. It’s not modified yet, but watching this video gives me an idea what’s possible. Thanks

Yes, however I would keep in mind to buy the 2435 motor combo. Not the 2430. It's longer for more torque, 4500kv vs 7200kv. Both are 2mm shafts. I'm about to make that same change and test the difference in this car and the Rastar Ferrari.
This way, because of its weight, it can accelerate better and actually reach top speed. The 7200 was just too weak to bring it up to its own max rpm. It probably settled at a speed several rpms lower than it's absolute top rpm, and probably even lower than the max rpm of the 4500kv, all on 2s batteries.
Your very welcome ... and clearly the 3rd video for this car is coming. The 2nd video is on tuning and making custom suspension for it. So subscribe and stay tuned!

I love these builds I picked up a couple of beaters awhile back going to try to get them going what size motor was that?

The stock motor size is a 300 series. Brushed on 3S was pretty good. But the brushless combo, like the a Surpass Hobby 2430 ESC w/ 7200KV Motor, is better. This esc is only 2S though.
