- *update edit* I never expected this video to blow up. I just wanted to be clear that I am fully aware or what Im doing and why. I filmed this on a whim to try the bag and was just feeling the bag out. Im not looking for any form checks or “tips.” Thanks so much to everyone who watches.
Im still getting used to using this thing. @quietpunch It definitely helps promote accuracy in your straight shots. It forces you to move your body in new angles to land straight and angled punches. Your limited in certain punches and its a different type of feedback than a bag or pads but I like it. Get your body moving this morning! Warm up to fight this cold! #nyc #training #boxing #mma #quietpunch #cammy #itsfreezing #livelong #thisis40 #fightingspirit #muaythai #streetfighter #fgc #fighting
Work what you got. The bag looks pretty good.
It would be cool if the company made a version of the bag that was a ball or more rounded so you can practice hooks and uppercuts.
just get a double end bag and strap it up with the ceiling
@@adonis4186 True..less expensive too.
@@adonis4186high cieling and can’t do any drilling
@@jaytherestless2117 in that case consider a standing reflex bag, or if you have a pull up bar you can hook a double end bag on that and then a dumbell or kettle bell, although it may be a lil less secure
They are. Brian has been using it for the past few weeks on the QuietPunch CZcams channel workout. They expect it to be released around mid-2024.
That's a dope idea good to practice jabs straights and uppercut
Much rather have a double end bag, can't do alot in a door frame. No angles, no hooks, barely able to use footwork. Cool idea but I don't really see the point
Fair point. I'd also rather use any other bag but when living in a NY apartment with neighbors and not the best sound proofing it's not terrible. It forces creativity and accuracy.
@@BourneFighting fair, I have a cobra bag and spar bar and it's noiser than anything else I own.
Fr man
Point . It is good for exercising. If you are using this for actual training. You have bigger problems
It's only good for cardio. Double end is the way to go if you have space, but this is okay for an apartment.
Interesantă idee 💡
Imagine my mom going in and out of the kitchen and seeing me put this on the door
I will be her punching bag
This won't work with me I'm still gonna be yelling after each strike like Aaaaiiisshhhhhh!!!!! so nothing will be quiet
Seems like people commenting woke up with a bad pain on their necks; as a punching bag alternative this is good. Keep it up!!!
Staying in one place will get you hurt move around
Brilliant.
Interesting option for limited spaces
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
as a professional boxer, i could think of a million billion things id rather buy
k lets see the whole billion
I could see this being useful if you just want something fun to hit sometimes in like an apartment
Really ….it’s another option and it has its uses why slag off …with your negative spiel …im from a Boxing Background and one thing we don’t do is spurt out negativity to Someone trying to have a go in life
Tell me a few for a lack of space
@@jaytherestless2117 me and my roomates in college had a reflex bag inside stacked on top of 4 yogamats and our lower neighbors never complained
Cool
Be nice if they kept this as it is, but also have a mini punching bag that you could hook onto it so than you could hook and uppercut on it too.
Hmm... this Black and Orange logo is a very, very Sus! 😂😂😂
Careful incase you miss n wallop the missus walking past 🤣
ppl shitting on this but I think this is pretty cool. Punching the heavybag for too long hurts my back and ironically makes distance more difficult I think. Something light like this would help with distance and not strain your joints punching it
equivalent of shadow boxing infront of a mirror
What’s with the slow mo
youre putting more power into the sound you make from your mouth then the punches
Thanks for the view

Some of the negative comments this is a good piece of kit ….I’d be interested in having one ….you’d get a sweat on and it’s direct fist to face bit of kit …
Sehr gute Idee Mfg Peter Preis
Where do we buy that and what do we type?
when youre throwing your jab youre really close to the bag in my opinion. Idk im not professional boxer, but your direct punches can be thrown from much longer distance (it will be stronger and way more effective) Also youre sometimes hitting with wrong knuckles, if you hit hard something solid, or if youre not wearing gloves, i think youre going to get injured.
Try that bag and you’ll understand. I was not concerned with perfect form or anything like that. Especially when trying new equipment. Its hard to effectively combo on this bag with full extension.
@@BourneFighting i was not talking about any combos. Most likely youre doing these mistakes on every bag and even while shadowboxing. Technique of punch doesnt change on this bag :D
I’ll respectfully disagree and move on. There’s way too much to unpack and not worth it honestly. Have a blessed day.
@@BourneFighting I've pointed out your mistakes, and youre acting like its no big deal. Don't upload your vids on yt when you can't take critique. Have a nice day.

I've seen some similar logos before...
People keep saying that and I have no idea lol
Cue the drum intro...
On this logo, you beat a bag
On the other, you beat something else...
How long you been boxing brother?
On and off with a different blend of styles since I was 18. Turning 40 this year. I went from JKD to Muay Thai to boxing, back to JKD and just been balancing all three. I trained with various prestigious teachers. Looking back I been all over the place lol.
it looks weird to throw hooks on
Yea I usually work a quarter turn and throw the hook at an angle. Can’t really hook the side from a straight angle.
@@BourneFighting just sqhadow box the hook
@@RAXkfc Yeah but at that point your Jab, Cross, and Uppercut will land consistently when it comes to a real match. But then you could very well muscle memory into throwing a Hook from almost Outboxing to Long Mid Range or a jank outside Check Hook. Since your so used to having to use a Odd Angle and Having to Adjust to a Odd Step in and Timing.
Unless you practice the same amount of time on another device to Iron that out. If your like me and constantly adjust hundreds of times in a single match or fight it's fine. But that's less than 2 to 1 percent of even Intermediate to Great Fighters. And Fighters themselves are already less than 1 percent of the population themselves at least as far as the cream of the crop goes.
But if your the type where your practice is what your putting out and have no natural talent and Flow of Movement from Birth or Looking in the Mirror while Punching for years on end this is terrible advice and will make your Flow of Power and Control Terrible at certain angles or times, or distances. I would know that from Experience used to Wrap my Hooks around the bag instead of Frontword to the Side. That styles like Peekaboo Teach Religiously
And off those people Counter Punched me every time so bad I had to rework the entire way I throw all my Different Hooks and I have over like 10 Variations at this point.
Wouldn’t last very long , Micky Mouse training aid .
This is definitely a waste of time brother. Punch on an actual bag instead. Good form btw
Might as well just shadow thats doing nothing
Better to shadow boxing
Id agree that shadow boxing is extremely important but you need more than that for accuracy. Most people don’t punch down center line with shadow boxing. Its good to have a small target to build accuracy under motion.
Why the black and orange though
I didnt even know there were color options lol. This was a Christmas gift.
@@BourneFighting I didn't know either I just associate black and orange color scheme with you know what
