I have travelled for countless hours through the merciless algorithm, but i finally arrived here. No jacked dudes with capcious thumbnails were able to teach me to handstand against the wall as simply and graciously as this woman. Thank you. That was humbling

I have been trying this and I have found that fear is your biggest roadblock to success. Having someone to spot you at first helps remove the fear. Nice helpful video.

I regularly performing shirsasana but today found this video where yoga teacher is teaching very easy method of handstand. I am going to give it a try tomorrow. Nice calm, motivating n confident teaching 👍🏼

Although i am struggling to learn mayurasana. But i have full faith in your instruction, i will learn it too very soon. from India ❤❤

A superb teacher ,they are a rare breed ,many teach but there are very few teachers and Carrie is definately one .

The problem is when take the wall out, in the hands they stands.
