Thanks for this video... I was so mad...my pepper grinder works perfectly but the Salt grinder keeps giving me problems. I'm a try & reassemble it, clear out any salt rocks that might be stuck, then readjust it & start over. Taking it apart doesn't seem difficult at all.

Thanks for this video. It helps explain the mechanism.
I took my Salt grinder apart as you showed but it still gets jammed, every time. I use pink hymalain Salt. I also put a light coating of oil on the metal threads. Nothing seems to help.

My grinder got stuck running even when it's not upside-down

My pepper grinder just doesn't grind. It doesn't get stuck, I can spin it but nothing comes out :(
