How to clean my Peugeot mill ?

-Remove the mill’s head
-Empty the mill
-Use a dry soft brush to remove spice dust
-Wipe clean with a dry soft cloth
-Fill 3/4th of the mill with peppercorns
-Not recommended:
Do not leave the mill on a wet surface (if exposed to liquids, dry immediately)

So..there's no way to clean it? This is no help, I know what a tissue does. I have a salt mill that has gotten wet, so I want to clean the inside.

It is a demonstration. I have a Peugeot grinder that was not working. I followed these directions. It works now.

​@@PSPPEUGEOTable, Hi there , I have a Peugeot pepper mill and the adjustment unit has become crossed on its thread, I think I can repair it but I cannot undo the screws holding the grinder section to the main body because I cannot find a driver to fit the screw heads, please can you tell me what I need to undo the small screws.
