Danke Patrick!
Thanks man great interview really much appreciated. My big goal for the year, as a runner , would be to break the 40 minutes barriers in the 10 k and Patrick examples and tips are really helpful and inspiring.
Patrick Sang, is more than an athletic coach and life coach, he is a national treasure! Wish he's appointed as a National Coach and a sports science professor at a University (may be Moi or Baraton are paying attention). @ Coach Sang - Thank you sir for giving back to the community of athletes!
So proud of you Patrick, God bless.🇰🇪
Great man :)!
Herzlichen Dank! Toller Beitrag 🙂🙂
Sehr gerne!
Danke @triathloncrew
Genau so ist es! Danke 🙏🏻
Amazing... interview it's great to turned and see the Lion himself, so bright, real and full of wisdom I can't wait to send my son to his camp!

Sehr gerne!
Richtig gutes Interview, vielen Dank euch!
Danke für das Lob!
Sehr coole Infos. Danke TCC ❤
High quality, ganz ohne Werbung!
