    Dr. Ekberg, thank you so much for all your teachings and knowledge!
    My family is poor. We have been eating carbohydrates, cheap oil and other commercial foods forever. In the place I live in, I never learned about these priceless information and science, until I came across your videos some years ago. No one would teach or talk about these things for free here.
    My old mother has been suffering from schizophrenia, prediabetes, arthritis and many other chronic problems. I have depression, long-term fatigue, headache and many other problems as well, since I can remember.
    I cannot get rid of carbohydrates completely because of poverty. But at least I can reduce the carbohydrates and cheap oil intakes to a minimum. It's been difficult for me. I try my best to learn from your videos and apply as much as possible. such as how to fast, exercise and do cooking. It's been a few years now. The physical and mental health of both of us is so much better than before.

      Diabetes runs in my family. And I have seen their legs amputated and the kidney disease as a result.. I have eaten lower carb and am considering keto but am not sure if it will lower my cholesterol which tends to be high. It will probably help with my A1C levels

    I always encounter people, especially on CZcams, who say, "Why would anyone want to live to their 90s or 100s? That would be horrible." My response is along the lines of "Yes. If you eat shyte, don't exercise, and live to be 90 to 100 you are going to be a hot mess physically, praying for death." They totally accept it as a given that aging will be horrible despite countless examples of people in their 90s and 100s living healthy active lives.
    Part of my argument is that the old paradigm is partly built upon perspectives on diet and exercise as practiced in the middle 20th century. In the 1950s, other than the rare fitness nut, you only saw those in the military and athletes exercising. With the fitness craze in the 70s and 80s, we will start to see an increasing number of superagers in the coming decades.

I am a Brit living in the Philippines and throughout my life I have been overweight but healthy otherwise......it all seemed hopeless to get myself fitter since I stopped playing sport in my early 30's - I am now 66, nearly 67 and have lower leg circulation problems. My Filipino doctor recommended that I watch some of your videos as well as one from an Indian doctor regarding not eating after dark.
    I like your way of explaining the various cause and effect situations that go on within the body.
    I am a few weeks into a different eating regime and I like how I feel so far........I aware of a lot more now and intend to put a lot of these into practice.

I had a heart attack at age 44 in 2013 and I have had a total of 5 cardiac stents placed since then. My most recent challenge was about a 95% blocked right internal carotid artery which was taken care of 2 days ago. I started slowly getting fat adapted about 3 months ago and I haven't felt better in a long time. Several months ago I was taking 130 units of long acting insulin each night. I have not taken insulin since I got my glucose down to a manageable number. My goal is to reverse my T2D and become healthier. I want to personally thank you for the knowledge that I have gained and the health that I have recovered. Doctor Ekberg… I give a round of applause not only for the work that you do and the information that you present, but for who you are as a person and your generous and patient spirit. You are truly a much-needed gift to humanity In times like these with all the chaos of modernity.
    I pray to God that you keep putting these videos out week in and week out, presenting in straightforward and science-based mannerism the information you are giving. May the information you provide slowly make obsolete the "health" system.

    A body in motion stays in motion. I'm 63, eat right & exercise and am relatively healthy. I get frustrated because friends & family consider me a health nut while I believe I'm just conscientious. So many just immediately take a pill instead of alternatives like diet & exercise.

    I have come across a number of seniors who dismiss this information on the grounds that it is too late for them. No one should expect miracles but I know there is research that indicates that substantial benefits can still be obtained even if you are into your senior years. It would be helpful if this was mentioned whenever applicable. Thank you for a concise and clear presentation..

      Also, Enoch lived pre-flood. His son, Methuselah, lived 969 years. His grandson Noah, 950. Moses lived post-flood and died at 120 years. If you look at Gen 4, 5 & 11, you will see the decline in lifespans, post-flood. Arphaxad, Noah's grandson by Shem, was born 2 years after the flood and only lived 403 years.

    • @ed-jf3xh

      @@daleval2182 That is one of the controversial topics for the Bible. Many believe that, pre-flood, the world was surrounded by a canopy of water. This kept a stable temperature around the entire globe and prevented UV from reaching the earth. So it was a very green planet. Probably the reason the remains of trees are found in Antarctic, but I'm heading down a rabbit trail so I'll get back on topic. Science will tell you that UV is responsible for decomposition of pretty much anything it touches, to greater or lessor degrees. I am speaking of things that occur in nature. Some things take a long time, some thing, little. Post-flood, no more canopy so all creation started feeling the effects of UV. Remember, because of the fall of man (Adam's sin), death was introduced into creation. For man, for plants, for animals and birds. The the earth itself. The canopy just kept it at a slow pace. When the canopy collapsed and UV started bombarding the earth, the pace picked up and the decomposition of dead things quickened and lifespans started decreasing. All because Adam ate the forbidden fruit. Now here's a bigger question for you. Was he (Adam) supposed to?

    • @daleval2182
      @daleval2182 Před 2 lety

      @@ed-jf3xh you're a wise man Ed, sounds plausible the barrier, I once read oxygen was far more dense as well, As for Adam, I believe when he and Eve partook of the forbidden fruit, God tested them through his former but finest angel Lucifer, and man then sealed his own fate, as did The Lord God, place Yeshua to a test with the 40 days in the dessert, but his son passed the test and sealed his eternity for himself and men like us that love and trust him as all knowing and loving, Bless you wise man 🙏
