Yes,.. I had the same problem, the seal is loose allowing air to enter bypassing the hose Stepping on it presses the seal down forcing the air to come from the hose end.
I think my machine is missing something that connects the hose to the tank, that thing the showed in middle for suction, mine has a very big gap, maybe a rubber washer sort of thing to fill up the gap, the tool sprays but no suction, am not sure how to fix that or what buy, anyone with suggestion, I appreciate.
dude, turn off that motor when you are talking - very hard to hear. also tell us why's, like why stepping on that "Tool" switch turns the suction back on
Sorry Didnt notice that.yeah because if you will notice that coonection between the two you will notice its not properly alligned so the suction doesnt work well.thanks for watching

Your gasket around the bottom water container is worn. Replace bottom part that holds the bladder and you will not have to step on it.

EVERY Bissell I've had was garbage. Just bought one brand new. Worked once. Ripoff.
