I think Nebraska finally found a Coach that fits everything from culture, recruiting, development, and leadership. Matt seems to get it all.
big agree
Im pretty sure Matt Rhule has done more interviews this offseason than Pelini, Riley, and Frost combined.
I truly think this is apart of his recruiting strategy. Players like a coach that’s involved
I didn’t think about that, I think you’re probably right! Love this guy, if it takes him a few years, I can be patient. Just seems like a solid guy all around.
Yep, seems like every week new national interviews drop. It's huge for the program to have someone like Rhule be so willing to put himself out there.
As a die hard Husker fan, I've been extremely happy with coach Rhule and his entire staff on how they develop these young men and the culture at the University of Nebraska hasn't been better in a long time. Great show, God bless and GBR 🌽 🏈 💪🏽
I live in Florida but I am a diehard Husker fan, born in Lincoln Nebraska and I refuse to be a any Florida team fan..lol. After Riley and a hopeful Frost fan. I was a little apprehensive about Rhule. So far I'm pleasantly happy with Coach Rhule. GBR
That was a great interview with Matt Rhule. I consider Nebraska a blue blood, but one that will be forgotten if Rhule is unable to turn it around. I believe he will, and it does not hurt that he now has a 5 star and a 4 star QB with another 4 star commit. Im curious to see how he does in 2024.
As a life long Husker fan I'm very excited about Coach Ruhle, his philosophy, his values, his honesty and transparency. We have a lot of hope that our football program is on our way back baby!!!! GBR!!! Thank you for having Coach Ruhle on!!!! Have a super day!!!
I am impressed by Greg's interview skills and his insightful questions.
Nice interview of Coach Rhule - Thank you McElroy.
This is what nebraska needed, a coach thats transparent, lots of energy, embraces the nebraska culture and mindset. Hes a great recruiter and you can tell the players respect him and will go the extra mile for him.
Fantastic interview and as always, we'll done Coach Rhule!
Matt rule is the leader of men. We’ve been waiting for GBR.
This guy is a great interviewer
GBR!
Nebraskans love our coaching staff.
Good job, Greg
I just requested Joel Klatt to do a post spring game QB rankings. I would love to have the ranking of the top ten best quarterback performances in the spring game, with appropriate consideration for Arch Manning and Davis Warren.
I would be curious to know McElroy's thoughts on this one as well.
Liked & subscribed... GBR ❤️
Greg knows ball! Go Pokes!!! 🤠
“Scott Frost did a great job”. First lie I’ve heard from coach Rhule
He has 0 choice but to say that.
Lmfao i agree but he wasn’t about to bad mouth him. Notice all he really said was he brought in talent and then changed the subject lmfao
While I do agree with you it’s not really a good look to trash your predecessor. Especially when you still have some players who committed to him on the roster. Frost frequently trashed his predecessor and ended up being just as bad, if not worse.
GBR
It might be… But as the talent spread out do recruiting from NL and playoff access… The fact that a lower level team created in Georgia and affecting their championship run… Will help another team out. That’s the point of the playoffs.
GBR!!
Rhule is a winner. GBR.
GBR!!! 🌽
Georgia has to play at Alabama, at Texas, and at Ole Miss. That’s brutal.
They rarely played LSU and Bama. I dont feel bad for them at all with that weak SEC east schedule they had every year with 4 nonconf games loaded with free wins. Theyre obviously very talented but lets see what it looks like playing more talented teams week in and week out with a target on your back. Definitely a pretty brutal schedule, I expect theyll drop one
Kelly doesn't wanna bid for players like we seen this last transfer window with the qb that went to miami. It was clearly a bidding war and thats not what NIL is. Plus agents and kids saying well so and so is offering this so you guys beed to beat that price
NIL has already spread out recruiting to a bunch of other teams for top players, and access to the playoff will increase that as well.
You are unfortunately, looking at how it was, versus looking at how it will be. With better in the 5th to 12th range… All it takes is two of those teams to knock off Ohio State and Georgia… And you have a much easier semi final and final. it will take some time for this stuff to shift… But a lower level team will definitely win a national title
Please Matt dont let Satt call the plays and dont through the ball behind the line of scrimage.
An 8 seed won the NCAA tournament, and 5 had champions that were outside the top 12. Its reasonable to think any top 10 team has a chance to win it all.
Go Noles!
You really dont want Ole Miss in the playoff
Lmao fsu fans don't think it's your fault. Just think it's kinda a b!tch move to say one thing all year than completely flip your stance after they were left out on the selection show
I'm sure the committee chose against FSU because McElroy used words on a show
Alabama dominated the 4 team playoff now with 12 teams Alabama is almost guaranteed to win the national championship every year.
Roll tide!
All the best with your new coach
Well now everyone is buying players so the playing field is more even
lol with what coach you’re golden boy is gone
Someone help this guy find his meds..
GBR!
