Gundy proves over and over what a special coach he is, despite haters. Is he perfect? No. But he consistently wins, and the stats prove it. Thank you coach!
He is a great coach, but his ego is keeping Oklahomans from having a yearly Bedlam game. He must not think as highly of himself, as we all think of him.
Mike Gundy is lucky Oklahoma State fans are content with average seasons.

Gundy is the best coach in the Big 12; does more w/ less than anybody else year after year! He always has a great staff and they develop players. Can’t say enough about him & the teams he fields! Go Pokes!

Great interview, great questions and a phenomenal coach! Gundy is a HOF all time Great Coach. No one has done more with less including Wittingham @ Utah. They may have comparable records but Gundy did it w/ the lowest recruiting budget in the POWER 5.
He sacrificed money to build OSU Athletics as a whole with facilities & paying elite coaches.
No one could have a comparable winning record, develop players & adapt/innovate with the budget like Gundy has as Head Coach of the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Not an OK State fan, but it’s hard to not root for them or Gundy. They’re always a hard team to play and are always scrappy. Best of luck to them for this upcoming season!

Growing up as a Texas fan I used to hate gundy but now with a full formed brain I can say that I genuinely respect him. He'd be successful in any business as CEO just based off his willingness to adapt alone

When you count the number of schools that have not won a conference championship outright in over 12 years almost or at least 12, it is eye opening. I don’t think I will go through the G5 ranks because it is a lot of them too but not as many that have not won a conference championship in 12 years or more. I will point out that there are definitely more G5 schools to possibly end their drought of conference championships this season of 2024 than among the A4.
