Frank Eaton lived in Perkins, Oklahoma. (10 miles or so from Stillwater). He settled in Oklahoma when it was still "Indian Territory", so before 1907.
Oklahoma state fan since 1987! Mike Gundy has done and continues to do a wonderful job! Sure we want more titles. But be careful we dont end up like Nebraska
He has 1 conference championship during his tenure....has had countless opportunities to win more. The problem is when the chips are down, when it really matters with conference and national aspirations on the line, Gundy teams find a way to lose. History doesn't lie, just look at previous seasons. Yes, he's won games but has yet to it when it really, really counts.
Cool stat here. Oklahoma State has the 10th most wins in college football since 2006.

Injuries is the biggest deal on offense. Hubbard, sanders multiple years. Other backs. 4 or more recievers in the same year.

Sanders had alot to do with it. We had not thrown for 4000 yards since corndog. Alan would have been close if played the whole year.

Unless you're in the top 25 in recruiting, it doesn't make a lot of difference . Colarado is leading the league in recruiting in both the regular and transfer portals. Does that mean they are going to win the league this year? No, because they don't have continuity. Oklahoma State could win the league this year, but I would bet on Utah because of their good coaching and leadership. The talent level is so close in the big 12 that it comes down to coaching , leadership, and avoiding major injuries.
Gundy is statistically a better coach than Kyle

Not a cowboy fan but Gundy does the best with what he has but heâs nothing to compared any Saban or top coach in the world. His recruiting is way too low and yes sometimes they get a 5 star.

Mike Gundy does well when Oklahoma State plays average or above average teams, but when they play really good teams, they tend to lose.
Gundy is overrated.
Gundy is over 50% in play top 25 teams. Top 10 team in this stats. When you compare talent, he should beat the great teams. 2 and 2 in big 6 bowls. Over 2/3 in all bowls wins.
That's not based on evidence. OSU is one of 10 teams (#5) with a winning record against the top-25 in the last 20 years. You're just regurgitating an unoriginal thought

The problem is we gave you proof. Osu is 5th nationally when playing top 25 teams. This means you're wrong. Not just wrong but completely opposite, gundy is great in playing in big games.
