Where do you get the bearing spacer / mold that you're using to set the outer ring of the bearing?

Anyway to sand down the a stator that was flooded, but still works?
I have 300-500 grit sand paper.
Multimeter says my mother board is fine, but the magnets are definitely rushed.
It skips inside the wheel so not 10p% magnetic connection.
I just Jumpstarted a pint project battery so I want to continue getting the stator fixed without finding a new one.😊
Not sure haven't heard of that as a fix, but we say go for it and see what happens!
@WheelFunStuff fixed it for 1 week, but the rust came back....
I think I needed to put a protective coating around it, but I can't find any forums on what I need to spray the magnets with.

It's a 3-ton arbor press.

So how do we do it at home without a bearing press?
It’s not a good idea to do them without a press. Using something like a hammer is too risky as it doesn’t allow for firm/even pressure to seat the bearing properly. Could be a few hundred dollar mistake if things don’t go well.
Smash it in and out with a rubber mallet and pvc pipe that fits the bearing. Or grab some bearing races to help. Highly suggest going to a local OW shop to get the service done. Can be a very expensive mistake if done incorectly.
Anyone ever try a hydraulic press to put the bearings in?

It can be done but really wouldn't suggest it. Got to smash the bearings in and out with a hammer 🤣
