I’m enjoying your channel so much, so many good recipes to dry. Got the Baker Betty sourdough recipe to try, thank you for all your tips and ideas. A softer sourdough, yes!!! I think I have smaller silicone pans, make the one loaf recipe into two small pans. Baking for one can be challenging so I’ll see how that goes for me portion wise 😊 and I look forward to refried beans, oh and Whole Foods has your fav tortilla in flour and corn. Good job cleaning your garden out and moving the chicken coop, kept yourself busy and bread next, wow! Thank you so much, you make me smile to have found you.
