Early in the 1970's I had some buddies tell me a weird story. They had backpacked high in the Sierra Nevada mountains to fish some alpine lakes. One day at dusk they saw what they described as a telephone pole fly up the deep Kings River gorge west to east. It wasn't till 20 years later that it was released that the US Navy was firing cruise missiles from submarines off the Central California coast, flying them through high Sierra mountain passes and hit targets at China Lake. You never know what can be in the sky.

Yes okay but the UFO’s being reported, are breaking our fundamental understanding of Physics…literally upending the laws of thermodynamics…Look at the Nobel prizes awarded in Physics/Chemistry the past 25 years…we are nowhere close to ufo technology that people are reporting and seeing with their own eyes…
There is a gigantic difference between a secret submarine rocket, and a UFO teleporting back and forth and zipping out the atmosphere into space…

In high school in the early 80's me and my neighborhood friends used to make UFO hoaxes, they were the long dry cleaners bags that coats and full length dresses would be returned in with balsawood frames built at the bottom with birthday cake candles on it, essentially hot air balloons, but they would bob along through the air with an eerie glow and were really difficult to judge their distance making them appear other worldly.
After launching them we'd follow them along on our bikes in hysterics watching people run out of their homes pointing into the sky screaming for everyone else to come out of the house to see the "UFO" that they'd seen a week ago that no one believed them about.
I wonder how many people we screwed up for life that to this day can't have normal and successful relationships with anyone because of their rants about how they know for sure that "we've been visited by aliens", especially given the basic nature of people to continually elaborate on thing's over the year's, how many of them 40 year's later have embellished their stories to where they landed and aliens got out that met with them.

In 1957 I was an Intercept Control Tech (ICT) Controller and we were involved in a UFO incident that lasted about an hour and a half. During that time w scrambled an F-86D and a lot happened. The most interesting thing was after the mission was over we wewre ordered to not change shifts and stand by for a crypto message. We did and we had to call in a crypto guy. He decoded it and we were ordered to remove all traces of the event. This was 1957 and everything we did was logged in accounting ledger type books. We couldn't erase anything, we had to redo everything leaving out anything to do with the event. We had to burn all FILM, everything. They did the same thing at another site, and Division HQ. That's a lot of pages and books remade. I've always wondered why.

We can postulate all we want about beyond secret advanced experimental physics that our DoD may be testing or experimenting with today and how far in advance they are compared to today's known technologies and physics. But none of that conjecture stands up to scrutiny when put into the context of your 1957. No way could anybody in 1957 be toying with technologies that remain 50 to 100 years beyond what we are capable of in 2023.

The things you don't mention about Grusch is exactly what's actually relevant: he went on medical leave due to PTSD, thus his career swerve. After dealing with his medical issues, he applied for a govt job as the lead investigator on the task force tasked by Congress to look into the UAP thing - his job was precisely to use his security clearance to come up with answers and report to Congress what's going on. The situation you describe of a guy being told by his superiors to take it easy and let them handle it isn't applicable. He didn't whistle-blow because he was working on these matters and got frustrated, he whistle-blew because he and the Congress people probably strategically decided with lawyers that another boring written report would do nothing to bring this to the public awareness and would be soon buried again, and that the better route would be to proceed via the whistle-blower process which would be more sensationalistic, PLUS, would then subject everything Grusch is saying to the additional scrutiny of the inspector general's office, and the whole thing can be packaged as whistle-blowing under violations of the appropriation rules, which then puts it comfortably under the jurisdiction of the Congress since they approve all the funds. It's not surprising that the same Congressman leading this charge was one of the few voices complaining about the fact the Pentagon has never passed an audit and as missing over a billion dollars as of the last one.

Being an effect, ionized patches are not subject to the laws of physics: they can disappear and instantly reappear, motionless, unlimited miles away. In fact, they can just as easily be in any number of places at once, and all disappear in the blink of the eye.

I fell into this subject over 20 years ago after my great-grandmother, grandmother, and great aunt all corroborated the same story: in the 1980s in Illinois, they all heard a loud bass humming noise. Described as similar to a loud guitar amp humming. They were terrified, they ran outside and saw a circular object with lights all around its edge, hovering in one spot for several seconds. It then darted off with instant acceleration. These women were and are very religious, kept to themselves and never thoughts about UFOs or aliens prior to this event. My great aunt had ran into the house to call the police and the lines were dead, confirmed by multiple neighbors to be having the same issue at that time of sighting. People need to grow up, including our politicians and scientists. The same scientists who cannot see a quark are the first to laugh in the face of a UFO witness. It’s time to start looking at this from the angle of revealing a real coverup to a real issue that aviators have been seeing since humans joined the air domain. Cui bono? “Who benefits?”

Since childhood aviation enthusiast, cold war era US Army ADA NCO, retired A&P, and FAA Sport Pilot here. I live on edge of a MOA for USAF F15 base. I have witnessed 2 "UFO" sightings at low altitude above my rural home. One while deer hunting high in a treestand in low pre-dawn light in 1996, and more recently spring 2002 in late afternoon.
Im NOT blind, crazy, or ignorant of human designed aircraft visial profiles and flight characteristics. On the 2 sightings I had, I saw 2 perfect spheres,(of white light) flying in tight formation at less than 1000ft...moving slowly but with a purposely chosen heading, exiting the boundry of the MOA.
Crazy thing is...on the last encounter, deemingly at the gery moment that I (thought in my mind); "hey...theses things are not human!"...they immediately stopped in mid air, and seamlessly moved 90 degrees, course change over trees out of my sightline.
It is encouraging to see and hear old military aviation pros like you & "Sunshine" discuss and educate further, we others out here, that "just know that we know", what we saw!

I have just one nit to pick. Mooch says, if these objects were foreign, we'd know about them. Then he adds that they're not showing up in commercial airspace. Both of these statements ignore the most recent developments in the 'Chinese spy balloon' events that ended with NORAD finding several object that had been transiting North American airspace undetected. We didn't see them because we weren't looking for them. When they tweaked the filters, several UAP popped up on radar and were shot down. We still don't know what those objects were or who sent them.
But again, on the whole, this is one of the most informative videos I've seen on the UAP topic to date. Thanks so much for putting this together.!

It was not an US asset. You can't put this tic tac into the square box of understanding that most have. Their is something that the US Govt does not want to talk about, due to they have NO CONTROL over it, and USA is pretty much helpless to do any about it. SO their tactic is to deny and to ignore and to make stigma for those who are valid observers of this phenomenon. Their are valid observers who have seen things that cannot be yet are. I've always been under the opinion that these UAP's are part of some Super Black program. The UAP's are tested in known military practice ranges, and the program managers get feedback on their vehicles.

Absolutely. Once you've tested and developed a tech. and are in final stages you test it's capabilities as well as your own against it. It's the closest to an actual live fire/combat/encounter your going to get.
Whether it's ioning plasma lasers or drone aircraft etc. There are always going to be a million and one details to work out.

I saw a video on YT called "pitching decks" and Commander Fravor was featured in the video, which was filmed long before the tic tac incident. He volunteered to take a young woman pilots place, she had to go up and tank because so many were bolting on this deck that was moving up and down about 30 feet. He is totally legite and I believe everything he says.

You also need to include that our minds are always trying to adapt what is perceived into something that is real. That leads to it discarding or dropping details that don't fit into its developing perception.

This was a great video. Mooch’s pov was great to hear. I’m not into what Grusch is exclaiming but I always watch Fravors interviews because he has actually seen one these objects and interacted with them.

Dave Grusch doesn’t have the disposition of an aviator. Different kind of cat. Probably why his career followed the path that it has. As far as the testimony he has brought into the light, it should be considered to be not dissimilar from an iceberg, the majority of what he knows and testified to was given out of the public’s view. No one in his right mind is going to throw et’s into the mix, under oath, in front of a congressional oversight committee and the world at large. The smartest position to take here is to realize that you know little more than nothing in comparison to what Grusch is privy to. It’s going to be quite the moment when everyone finds out how ignorant they behaved. No one remembers that the earth was flat for a minute. Etc. it’s that whole ass.u.m.e. deal

A very sensible overview of these events. I'm a logical person, but am interested in what exactly we've logged, they seem like probes, extreme high tech observation devices. Military personnel are very reliable people, especially when using available tracking systems, these are real, not fanciful conclusions !

When you were talking about overall analysis, my immediate thought was that there’s only one way to gather enough information to do that and that’s with some kind of data base. There would have to be common terminology and I’d hate to be the person who tried to get the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and airline pilots to agree on common terminology. And you’d need a notes field where pilots could record things that didn’t fit the agreed on terminology. Then you’d need someone to analyze the notes to see whether there are descriptions that come up often enough to add a new term. And which 3-letter organization is responsible for this data base? I’ve maintained databases for CNA but I’m not raisin’ my hand for this one!

I don't know if anything was solved during this conversation but it is always nice to hear people with a relevant background discuss the subject. I know that there are always someone who will disagree but for most of us I think that until something is proven, and without a doubt, it remains a theory or even a belief very much like religion for instance. Personally I agree with this videos conclusion that it is either domestic or foreign advanced technology testing, and that alien interreference, although a theoretical possibility, is probably still just fantasy even if it is an exciting idea.
