Buy "Punk's War," Ward's bestselling debut novel about life in a deployed F-14 squadron, at a deep discount from the original publisher at www.usni.org/press/books/punk...
Recently declassified forward looking infrared from U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornets show what the Pentagon is calling "unidentified aerial phenomenon." These FLIR contacts lack wings, any sign of propulsion, and indications are that they can travel upwards of 13,000 miles per hour.
The aircrew (pilots and weapons systems officers) involved were all slow-rolled the first time they debriefed their footage to intelligence officials at their local military commands, but when a former undersecretary of defense leaked the FLIR footage to the New York Times, the Pentagon had to admit that the images were real and the Department of Defense had no reason to believe that UAPs didn't exist.
The only question was what they actually were.
Reasonable analysis basically puts the options into three categories: a domestic developmental program, a near-peer spy program, or aliens. In this episode, Ward builds the case for which of those three he believes is most likely.

Ward, I gotta tell ya, I spent 21 years in the Navy, many nights on the flight deck and I have seen things that are unexplainable. Once, in the I.O., in 1985 I saw balls of light move down the stbd side of the USS Kitty Hawk that resembled white lighted balloons, then all of a sudden move away so rapidly that they went from around 50 knots to mach 3+ in 3 seconds. I reported this to Flight Deck Control and was told to get back to work. Others saw them too, we just went back to work and realized that no one would believe us. I am convinced what we saw is "not of this world"

I see flaws in Wards logic. 600-700g? So that’s a bit more of a leap than fly by wire and stealth tech. It’s just too far outside the box. The fact that you assume because mars does. Not harbor life that it is unlikely that these are from other worlds is narrow minded indeed. There are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on all the beaches in the world. Each star averages 6 planets. Your brain can’t handle those numbers. It’s not ours. Very unlikely. You think DARPA has figured out gravity disruption? Maybe but only if they reverse engineered it. Not organically.

It suddenly appeared to come to a stop, stayed stationary for a few seconds then shot off at about a 45 degree vertical angle to the north and disappeared in an instant. Never told anyone about it except my son 48 years later. I reasoned it must have been an approaching meteorite that bounced off the atmosphere.

Great video, earned a new subscriber! One point I would like to make though is that you mention that these things were seen in military no-fly zones, then ask why they aren't being seen elsewhere. I immediately thought to myself - well that's where the planes are. Lol. And in the case of the west coast tic-tac, it wasn't even the plane that made initial contact - it was the ship. No ship, no sighting by the F-18s (ship was tracking for days and no planes had spotted it). If there are no planes in an area, or just planes without advanced radar, of course they won't been seen. You have to consider that if something can be piloted while pulling 600 to 700 Gs and go 13,000 MPH in our atmosphere is way, WAY beyond what we know. To dismiss the idea because 'Mars has no evidence of a civilization capable of interplanetary travel' is a puzzling comment in an otherwise excellent commentary. Just my 2 cents.

These specific observations are only the most resent episodes that CAN NOT BE DISMISSED out of hand, there is similar footage taken by Mexican fighter pilots, not to mention the countless anecdotal observations by commercial airline pilots, and the millions of observations by average citizens. Several intel groups can lock each other out - CIA, DIA, office of Naval intel, NSA, NRO, etc etc. When an Air Force memo like USAF Lt Gen Twinning wrote his infamous memo saying “these discs are real but are not ours and we don’t know what they are...” you have to know another alphabet agency or even the NAVY does.

Saw one of these UAPs long before they were known as UAPs. I was surf fishing late at night summer of 1999 in Sandbridge Beach, VA. My friend and I were 14 or 15 and watched as a "star" accelerated and decelerated while moving in a huge triangular pattern. We ran back to house and got our fathers who were also witness to this things which was btw operating in or just off the edge of the VACAPES range. For about fifteen years we four felt very sure but very odd about what we had all witnessed. When the reports starting dripping out from the aircrews it was VERY clear that we had seen the same things they had/have been seeing out there. We're not talking about terrestrial stuff here imho unless we've been testing the same development craft in plain view of the public for 20+ years without it progressing or being revealed. Not to mention these things are whipping in and out of some very high Mach numbers without any perceptible form of propulsion or noise whatsoever. There are no alloys currently known to man that can withstand the forces we are talking about here without powdering completely. From insanely high Mach numbers to complete standstills INSTANTANEOUSLY is what this thing was doing over and over again and moving in very precise and sharp angles. Lol if the Chinese or Russians got to that level of propulsion and metallurgy on the pennies they spent on defense compared to us during those decades......lol.....well then I'm the Easter Bunny. No they aren't ours or theirs and they aren't from Mars or anywhere "close by". These things must be from some very advanced civilizations who are looking at us the way we look at an anthill. I hope I live long enough to see and hear the full story, but I can assure you, just like all the other eyewitnesses, you won't believe this stuff until you see it.

As far as the Russians, after the fall of the Soviet Union, they don’t have the dollars to build something this advanced. Then it defers to us, are best engineers, metallurgy and power systems only take the next step in performance. We have no science that can build 200-400 G and 15,000 MPH craft that show no signs of propulsion. Maybe in 1,000 - 10,000 years we could get there, unless we had examples of the technology that we could copy. This still brings us back to metallurgy, power systems and flying without any link to gravity is way outside our capabilities. I believe there government wants us to believe it’s earth based only because they are worried about the implications of the public thinking it’s non-terrestrial.

But they never attacked nor interfered. The Axis powers thought it was a top secret device made by the Russians. The allied side believed them to be intelligence gathering aircraft from Nazi Germany. Today, it is likely they are top secret technolgy from nations that have not revealed they have it. However, what were the Foo Fighters in World War II? They are alien to our time zone and physical world.
And the idea they are ours, or anyone from our normal reality is insane. No materials we have can come close to withstanding the speeds and G forces of these vehicles. No power plants put out the energy, and that small, they would need, to make them move like they do, and do it for days at a time. No where in his or anyone elses lifetimes have such giant leaps taken place. Not even close.
They are all over the globe and have been for thousands of years, and not just for some show and tell in our military zones. Only now, with mass communications, advanced radars and optics and recording devices do we see them more often, and we can record and transmit such encounters.

@@VikingTeddy The problem with the camera angle arguments is, that these are seen in real time by extremely advanced radars and by the pilots experienced eyeballs. The speeds they are seeing are out of this world quiet literally.
For example he mentions Fravor's encounter and the fact the UFO was 60 miles away at what he called several times the speed of sound. Oh that sounds normal, when in fact Fravor and his wingman said it was out of sight in less than 2 seconds, and it showed up almost instantly afterwards according to radar 60 miles away. Which was their original rondevu location for their fighters 60 miles away.
And there many of them at the same time (a fleet of them), that was seen for days on their radars. Some reports on WWII bombers claimed their radars clocked some "foo fighters" at 10,000 mph, that their crews saw visually as well. But not for long at those speeds.

There were other factors that were part of the equation also. They even questioned his eyesight & state of mind. I don't know what he seen was real or illusion since I wasn't there,so maybe he did see UFOs,maybe he didn't. I do believe 100% that there are other species in the Universe that are so far more advanced than humans. I have had 3 separate sightings of UFOs & the 2nd sighting was observed by at least 10 other people & lasted for over 20min. Mind blowing maneuvers at ridiculous speeds. Were they ours? I don't know? Were they from outer space? I don't know? But they are incredible to view & totally silent. REVOLUTION!!

As a physicist, I've been on the fence about the alien hypothesis. However, the best white-paper human theories on this kind of non-inertial (anti-higgs field) propulsion would require never before observed exotic material in quantities equal to the mass of at least a large star, if not an entire galaxy. The notion that these objects are being built or even controlled by the US government or any other current day human organization, is frankly not remotely plausible.

Interesting perspective from a Navy pilot, but I disagree with your conclusion, Ward. I was a senior manager of engineering for Lockheed Martin on the F-35. My role was verification of mission capabilities in the battlespace environment. I held CIA clearances. In all test programs, the number one rule never, NEVER to be broken, is health and safety. We would never do anything in a test program that might get someone hurt. Testing strange craft of this type over populated areas, where someone might be driving their kids home from soccer practice and might be distracted by our hardware and end up wrapped around a tree, would be a violation of test protocols that we would never, never, NEVER allow, not for ANY reason. Not to mention, we would never allow someone to see these things who have not been read into the program. To my knowledge, there has never been a US military test program that behaves as carelessly and recklessly as what we've seen from these craft. We just don't do that kind of thing.

Hey Ward, I love your channel and get riveted listening to your professional demeanor & splendid info.
I was born in the late 50’s and lived 5 miles from a SAC base in
    New England.
My home was in the flight path of the base. I have seen & heard MANY military aircraft. I was always looking up into the sky, and knew what type of aircraft I was looking at.
When I was 16 I saw a reportable UFO anomaly. I reported it to the sheriffs dept
on the phone mins later. I thought that was the end of it.
Several mos later I had a visitor come to my home unannounced.
He was a “private” UFO investigator complete with a business card that he gave me! He spent almost 2 hrs interrogating me, including going to the precise spot I saw the UFO.
He refused to answer any of my questions directed to him until he was done asking me. He later said that based on location and timeline that included other sightings they were able to track the UFO in the area of several towns.
He then left, never seeing him again.
This was in the early 70’s, I guess during operation Blue Book.
After 20 yrs I lost his biz card 😕
A few years later I dated a girl that had an uncle that was a local cop. He was part of
    “Incident in Exeter”
He was on scene closely observing a UFO hovering then taking off.
He gave me a detailed description of his on scene experience. It was in the same general area I saw my sighting. This area was a hotspot for a couple decades. And we were 5 mi from an Air Force base.
    Yup they exist.
But I highly doubt that they would be from our solar system (Mars etc).

As a WSO in the 80s flying RF-4s, I photographed a UFO with the cameras on board the jet. Pilot could see it below, but I could not due to intakes. Pilot wanted to go inverted to give me a look, but I said no, because no one would believe us. I said let's take some photos. When we landed I took the film to the PIP to develop. I turned ever camera on board the jet. So the crew chef helped with the canisters. Meanwhile the pilot turned in his gear at life support and went to operation to brief the rest as to what he saw. When I approach the steps to OPS, I was greeted by a 05 stating I did not see anything, and it's TS. I didn't see anything, because of the intakes, and the object was below out flight level, and we passed over it, before it passed us like we were sitting still, and did a square 90 degree turn and climb, to be out of sight in the blink of an eye. All I saw was a blur as it passed us, because my head was in the cockpit running switches for the cameras. Needless to say in debrief, I was told that all the cameras had failed. Right!

    • @danieltodd1750
      @danieltodd1750 Před 11 měsíci

@@matthewdavies2057 I know nothing! I'm just saying what I saw. It was maybe 150 yards from where I was standing, above a high rise building, on a summer evening last year, around 9pm in the Northern Hemisphere in Canada. So it was still barely light outside but turning to darkness. And it was hovering slowly above the building and then disappeared. It scared the shit out of me and I phoned a bunch of my friends. Then I googled "translucent triangle ufo" and there was hundreds of sightings others saw too everywhere. The fact that there are very few sightings over Russian and Chinese space (you can see the GIS mapping of UFO sightings - almost all of them are in US, Canada and UK, and Western Europe, and then in Australia, Japan and South East Asia and Africa - but almost none over former Soviet territory and China) suggests that this is NATO military technology experimentation. The ability to reflect light by bending light in some way to cloak or hide a craft is theoretically very plausible. The stealth fighters are all triangular. The creation of the US space force at the same time as the new UFO revelations also suggests this. My guess is that this is purposeful deep state media manipulation in order to deflect from the many space launches they are doing. Elon Musk's spaceX and his internet satellites are another deflection that the deep state would use to explain sightings so the convergence of all these things all at the same time suggests to me that the purpose of the space force is to deploy military capacity in the orbit of the earth and install cannons in order to be able to bomb a target on the earth. Whoever can do that will permanently control the world since they will be virtually indestructible while having the ability to exert force on anywhere unopposed. To do that, you would need the ability to launch a missile from space. To launch a conventional missile from space wouldn't be possible, since they are shot out through physical combustion and pressure, and for that you need air made up of oxygen, since without oxygen there is no combustion, and there is no air in space. So the missile could not be a conventional bomb. Rather, you would need a laser of some kind, as in the space movies, but that requires an enormous amount of energy, since a laser is essentially light, and photonic energy is miniscule, you would need ridiculous amounts of energy to yield any sort of destructive power by laser alone. However, you could use kinetic energy, a sort of sling-shot or ballistic projectile, which you could launch into the orbit of the earth with proper calculations, and as it enters the earth's gravity, it will be pulled into the orbit picking up speed and accelerating, so that when it hits a target on the earth, it's possible theoretically it could have a massive impact implosion - akin to a meteor hitting the earth, like the big one that destroyed the dinosaurs. I'm guessing you could easily get the impact as would be generated by a conventional nuclear weapon, but without any of the nuclear fall out that would contaminate a large area. That's my guess of what all this is. It's a violation of various treaties the US has signed on weaponization of space, so they're using the cover of UFO sightings and sending out the deep state agents to misinform so that if someone sees a launch or something they're doing, they would think "UFO."

Which are aliens from our space? Which are extradimensional entities? Which are successful examples of official secrecy in action? Which are phenomenons of detection of all kinds, including human perception and equipment failures and operational limitations? (My father was a Weapons Controller and can tell of tracking swarms of insects and distant automobiles on radar, resulting in shocking phenomena, and I have sufficient understanding of electronics to know that the strangest of failure conditions can exist.) In any investigation, it is essential to survey not only what evidence is present but what evidence is missing, yet undiscovered, or removed. It is very interesting these vehicles appeared in two particular Naval training areas and not anywhere else. That is very telling. When the F-117 was undergoing testing during the late 70s and 80s, it was deliberately flown into and out of controlled air spaces to determine detection, interpretation and response. In other words, the psychology of the observations. I believe that similar tests are going on here. I agree that, based upon the conduct of the Pentagon, these objects are not foreign technology and certainly not extraterrestrial. Thus, it must be some sort of test program for, I admit, a wholly new technology that has me baffled. Still, 40 years ago, stealth technology was also baffling. Thus, my argument us based upon psychology and historical precedent. The opinion of a physicist regarding the propulsion technology would likely prove very valuable to understanding these
      phenomenon.

Very interesting video and I love your insight into this. However I see one big problem with your theory on it being a test aircraft. If indeed these are test aircraft and they were getting these F-18 pilots to unwittingly be in a test, would they have been willing to risk the life of its F-18 pilots ( who just may have engaged the said test aircraft) and a million dollar aircraft? Not only that but also the life of the pilot in a supposed test aircraft and what would likely be in an even more expensive aircraft?
I have to admit I don't know much about how the Air Force and navy operates in their testing. I was just an old army grunt but when we were testing things out in training in the Army, we never used soldiers as live bait with live ammo. Seems to me that that would be an unnecessary risk and perhaps a very costly one.

Remember all the soldiers that were intentionally exposed to nuclear radiation while we were "testing" all of those bombs. The British even did it to their soldiers too. I've also heard stories of citizens being exposed to chemicals. We're just fancier lab rats.

It seemed to have no gravity and made me think it was a probe of our atmosphere and made our jets seem sluggish comparatively.

The black ops programs of the past were short lived and all used technology we already understood. The required technological leaps to do anything but spoof the whole thing would be so far beyond what the military is currently producing. Our high tech drones look like little planes.

Also keep in mind the Navy isn't firing on them, and the Navy would have a reason to fire on objects "swarming" all over their ships, wouldn't they? They have been told not to, otherwise the ships will be at the bottom of the Pacific. The objects want to be seen, it is a "conditioning" your thoughts??????
