Its a extra wire on the right side. (you'll notice there's a extra cable when attaching the Right side marker.) No tapping needed.
Cut the Running light wire in half. Attach a Bullet Connect to the Stripped wires. and plug into the Accessory port.
Yo looks like you're in CO! I'm in Aurora and going to install all these parts on my bike soon. Weather has been nice this weekend and got my crash protection pack on but gonna wait for another weekend to do this. Thanks for the vid it will be a big help with the TST one! If you look and notice the hole in the block off plate (that I put the painters tape on) the cable routes through there into the bike and connect to the harness right there. Super easy!

am i able to throw a servo buddy in there during this process? would i throw code on the bike still?
Yes you can. The only thing to remember to do is not to turn the key while you are doing so.
how is the other bikes plate mounted so low and where did you get it?
because for the ninja 400 they have a specific low mounted plate whereas for the 636 I just simply mounted the plate on the lowest 2 of the 4 bolts on the the plate. The ninja 400 low mounted plate is also available on TST industries

Isn’t the license plate light seperate, correct?
yes it is separate but you can also get all in the hyper pack
