Dr Mabrie is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. I was hesitant about the non surgical rhinoplastry as i was nervous about it but dr Mabrie made me feel very confortable and answered all my questions. I made an appointment for a consultation and got it done the same day.i loved the results ,actually i m going back tomorrow for another procedure. Excellent doctor with great staff. Hi Dr. David... the examples you have demonstrated here are simply fabulous. However you mentioned towards the end of the video that the fillers you use are temporary and get dissolved with time, about 6 months. I've read that substances such as Silicone-1000 act as permanent fillers when used in non-surgical rhinoplasty. Do you use this kind of fillers, and if not why?
Hi I have a crooked nose that's mostly visible if you were to look up my nose. But when I smile one of my nostrils looks visibly bigger than the other,you can also tell in pictures that it is crooked. What procedure would I need to get done to fix that??

My nostils are very flimsy and move sorta wide when I smile or laugh, I want them to stay in place I like the shape of my nose although I'd like the tip just above the top lip lifted lightly , can this be achieved with the filler , and what are the changes of infection, when should I see results? Is the non surgical permanent?
Hello, my name is Cali. At this part of the video: 3:34 that is the structure of my nose. I don't understand exactly what method would be used to smooth out the bridge of my nose if I were to have this procedure. I'm not seeing how adding to my nose with fillers would make it smaller and more feminine (although I trust your technique). I want the bridge, instead of protruding, to be more concave. I have been researching a lot about Rhinoplasty and came across this non-surgical method. Would my results be permanent? I do not want surgery but I don't know if the bridge of my nose (the actual bone) can be changed without it. I appreciate any information you can provide me on these subjects. Cali Mauri You cannot make the nose small or concave with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, though you can make the bridge of the nose appear smoother and straighter.
So, nose fillers, unlike nose surgery, are not permanent and you have to keep coming back to have it refilled? So, it's pretty much the same thing as injections/fillers in your dark circles?
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty using a hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane can last up to 12 months or even longer with maintenance treatments at 6 months and follow-up appointments scheduled at approximately 9 to 12 months.
One of the greatest benefits of nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that the procedure is reversible in most cases. If a patient is unsatisfied for any reason, a special enzyme known as “hyaluronidase” can be injected into the treatment area within the first 24 hours.
Ultimately, the effects of dermal fillers are temporary as they are naturally reabsorbed by the body over the course of a few months.

This is amazing! I got some questions: I got that kind of nose at 1:43 and not so smooth bridge. If i wanna get it fixed, how much will it cost? And is it even possible to fix it? And my nose wings are also a little bit big, is it possible to fix it all at the same time?
