Hi Deep - for non-surgical rhinoplasty I use Restylane. This filler lasts between 6-12 months at first. Each time you do the fillers they last a little longer. Most patients will visit us once or twice a year to maintain results.

Actually I don't use either! I use dermal fillers, typically Restylane, to change the shape of the nose. No surgery, implants or cartilage needed.
What it would be the cost for something like thing?
The cost of the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty at my office is $1875 for your first treatment and $975 for your maintenance treatments.

What about wide african noses? that are flatter and thicker at the nose tip?
African noses are great candidates for Non-Surgical Rhinoplasties! I usually build up the bridge and augment the nasal tip to increase definition.
