Does Granma still share her memories and insights of her life experiences?
It would be lovely to get one of those books for Granma that you give to a parent or grandparents to fill in answers to questions of their childhood memories, history and lives, and help her work on such a keepsake book of Grandma's memoirs.

You are doing a wonderful job Chris! I was a caregiver for my 95 year old mom! I loved every minute of it. She was my best friend for life. What I found so precious was watching grandma watch you eat your dinner. She has so much love and gratefulness for you!! Keep it up. You are doing great!

Maybe I've missed it but have you ever done or would be willing to do a video of what Grandma was like when you were a little kid? When she cared for you? I love your videos and they make me wonder what she was like 15... 20 years ago.
I love that you get her up, and do not keep her In bed, what a great grandson, we are proud of you, this is dixie from texas, makes her feel she is doing something folding napkins, , and keeping her hydrated. You should do workshops on how to help the elderly, lifting them what to do, there is a well needed workshop for this, something to think about, when my dad fell he was 97 yrs old and we the kids wanted to bring him home but could not, my mom is elderly and she could not take care of him, we ended up putting him in a rehab place, who did not take care of him, and we did not know how to care for him and what to do. We wanted to bring him home, for self care, but he passed away, would love to know that there is a workshop on how to do what you do for the elderly. We thank you chris for loving and taking good care of grandma.
If we started a sip counter for everytime thanks/tanks/thank you is said - grandma would finish her waterbottle within the first 5 minutes :P

Hey I have noticed Grandma uses disposable pads for her bed. I just wanted to leave a comment discussing LittleHelper they make washable pads for the bed, they are leak proof and have great reviews, I am thinking of getting one for my Grandad and I thought this info might be of use to you! Listen, it takes a lot of will and commitment to do what you do with the merchandise side of things. Don't give up, as long as people continue to support you and Grandma whether it'd be through YT or buying merchandise, know that slowly but surely things will get better.

Aww Chris... I always have a smile (and often a little cry) watching your videos as it reminders me of the time I cared for my 93 year old granny in her final years. Besides caregivers, others don't fully understand the challenges and joys this role places on you. I feel like it was my lifes purpose to have cared for her and would do it all again. Look after and cherish granny 😊

I have also taken care of my grandmother for 5 years. First she used to walk slowly and steadily then with the help of one hand stand later with front hand stand and then going completely bed ridden. The doctor recommended an 'anti decubitus bubble air mattress' and it's been a year and half since she had gotten bed ridden but there's no bed sore. I also recommend you to get the same mattress for grandma's bed sore. And i hope it helps!💝

I really love the "Day in the Life" Vlogs. The shortform videos are epic, but seeing the long-form vlogs is really lovely because I am also a caregiver to my 90 yr old Grandma Ruby and my Dad who needs more help now. I'm 27 and it's just me. It used to be more involved help like you provide when she was bedridden, but after some surgeries my Grandma is mobile now and can do a lot of these things, but I am still there to cook, clean, help with hygiene etc. We recently got a dementia diagnosis so that has been a transition for me. I relate so much to what you are doing, and honestly I feel like caregivers like us need to hear these affirmations too. Every day is a lesson in gratefulness and a reminder to be humble. It also helps to remind me to take care of myself when you show your self-care habits like your food and workouts. Stay strong Chris! (I am also hoping to order a few things for Christmas soon!) I cared for my mom 24/7 for 7 yrs RIH mom anyway, it’s very important they get natural vitamin D and enjoy nature. My mother suffered with severe osteo and Alzheimer. This awesome kid is so wonderful with his grandmother
