In positive displacement meters, exactly what volume of the chamber is being displaced? I reckon this volume is constant at any flow rate because, say for the nutating disc meter it still sends magnetic signals to the register can, am I correct? I have a lot of questions, I hope we can connect.

The model 25 disc meter can be installed in vertical position?

Thanks for your interest. Recordall Disc series meters are designed to be installed horizontally. Here is a snippet from the installation manual: Install the meter in the pipeline in a horizontal position so that the flow arrow on the meter housing points in the same direction as water flow.
