I got some negative feedback this week, initially upset, but I need to train myself to move forward, list 2 new items for every 1 negative feedback 😅. But store does seem slower than usual, but should hopefully pick up.
I normally don't give much energy to it either but this time got me. I'll take the negative energy and put into new listings 😉

Same thing happened to me, extortion from buyer. My sales were no good. I asked eBay to remove and magically all was good and my store is back to awesome sales!

I hardly ever pay attention to feedback. You can leave feedback to her feedback. I would cut and paste what she said that could take care of that.
Your item was probably new, but she made up a lie to get cash back. I had one like this with a brand new never opened designer bedspread. You should report the buyer, block the buyer and request the feedback to be removed. There was a seller update that came out saying they are trying to remove unfair feedback now.
I'm ready for that update!! Buyer reported and blocked.
