- In this episode of Flea Market Rescue, join Debbie and I as we hit the garage sales for huge finds! It looked as if it was going to be a terrible day after getting a flat tire but that all turned around! Debbie and I found so much wonderful stuff at the garage sales and we finished the day off with a thrifting trip to the Salvation Army! Also, I'd like share with you some of the local business in my area, so if you're coming to the Blooming event this weekend you can visit them, as well! So, if you're ready for an adventure...then let's hop in Debbie's van and hit the road!!!

Oh my goodness! It finally happened! After months of thrift shopping with my mantra repeating in my head, "Bunt pan, rolling pin, bunt pan, rolling pin!" I found both of them in the wild at Salvation Army!!!! On the same day!!! Happy, Happy Me!!!

I couldn’t have handled Goodwill after those fabulous prices at the garage sales,lol. Although you did find some good deals.

Memorial weekend on the 26th is our 62nd wedding anniversary. Married 1962. We always take off sometimes the week before or the week after. It was the only Saturday our pastor had open ...hooray.....❤
You shoulda picked up those canisters - plain is perfect to add those rub on transfers to! Then they would be awesome and it's a quick and easy project for $3 + the decals!

I thoroughly enjoy your videos . I’m in Kansas and am not able to come to your events, but sure love watching you shop and hearing about it. I don’t think we in Kansas are Blessed to get the good prices you happen on to. I hope you are enjoying this week with your family. I lost my husband two years ago June 29. I love yellow and blue together. That pillow was really pretty. It doesn’t go with my Decour. In the 90s we had a little travel trailer and we used to take her kids camping. I had the seats redone in a really pretty blue fabric and then Mom made yellow and blue flowered curtains. It was so cute.

Hey keep your eyes open for ice skates. I pick them up in the summer, fill the tops with some fun winter greenery/ berries/ etc., add a hang tag and you've got easy & beautiful winter decor. I've been making some in NC for awhile - $30-$40 + resale all day long - especially if you use higher end floral and I've even changed out the lace for satin ribbon.

Here’s a cute idea for those Hens and Chicks. Get a ceramic shoe or an old shoe that’s unique and fill with dirt and the plants. You now have Chick shoes. 😂
