You're doing something extremeley hard with ironman prep, bodybuilding, marathon and so on. We couldn't even imagine how hard it is because we have not the same body possibilities you have. Way to pick up the camera and film even when you donât feel like it. Way to make it to your trainings etc. If the panic attacks continue, try some breathing exercises or meditation. So many on CZcams - they really help. Safe travels!
Everyone I know who has a big back doesn't do perfect form on rows. They do cheat rows. Eric Bugenhagen would disagree with you. He'll rather do 300 lb DB rows with a sickening weighted stretch. Sure, can you go light and do isolation work yeah, but you won't get massive doing that
