    Hey Nate, I just completed my first sprint Tri this year. Swimming was not my fortĂ©, similar to you, I had a panic attacks almost every / every other session. The only way to get more comfortable = more reps. You’ve got this brother!! ❀

    Thanks to be so transpart with us. I'm so sorry to know about your panic attacks, but I want you to focus on one aspect from what you tell. You're doing something extremeley hard with ironman prep, bodybuilding, marathon and so on. We couldn't even imagine how hard it is because we have not the same body possibilities you have. So, man, when you could have a moment of sadness, think to us, we want to ear from you to learn or simply to watch on CZcams, you're a point of reference for all us. Remember you are not alone...sorry for my english: I'm italian, whatching you from Italy.

    Way to pick up the camera and film even when you don’t feel like it. Way to make it to your trainings etc. If the panic attacks continue, try some breathing exercises or meditation. So many on CZcams - they really help. Safe travels!

      Everyone I know who has a big back doesn't do perfect form on rows. They do cheat rows. Eric Bugenhagen would disagree with you. He'll rather do 300 lb DB rows with a sickening weighted stretch. Sure, can you go light and do isolation work yeah, but you won't get massive doing that
