I have those exact same NB and my left foot always hurt after a 8 mile run. I’ve ran 29 miles in them and they did the job but they will hurt a bit after all that running. Still a very fast and comfy shoe for the most part. Love your videos keep up the amazing work brother 🤙🏽

What’s the best shoe for for me I’m 63 200 and I use a lot of carbon but would like a slow daily
Yep, I’ll back you on those details: I ran in 2 different carbon shoes and both gave me plantar issues when I wore them as a main trainer. I switched to the novablast 4 and was back to normal almost instantly ( a week ). I only use carbon anything on hard tempos and races now.

Nice gym, I have mostly REP Fitness stuff but some Titan as well. Do yourself a favor and lube up those guide rods, it'll make everything a lot more smooth. Also buy a leaf blower to help keep the gym clean, it makes it a lot nicer to train.

Garage gyms are the are the best. We have REP fitness equipment and it’s solid! Currently I’m wearing Hoka Mach 5s for running, keep it up!

My zone 2 is like hella slow. I ran a half marathon at 172bpm which was 8:15 pace. My zone 2 is 144bpm which is 10:30 pace.
