Aja, please be careful of your water intake. You’re drinking way too much and as another pointed out u can seriously harm yourself. I once drank 2,5 gallons of water in one day (7,5 liters) and I had to be rushed to the hospital because I almost had a heart attack because I had messed up my electrolytes so badly. It took my 3 months to recover🥺

Honestly I think if they had done a condo or something smaller in Houston they could have kept it and been alright, but that house was ridiculous. I just hate how many people I know that happens to. I know one guy right now, in LA, that's suing the contractor for not properly water proofing the house so when we had rain back in February the roof and part of the side wall flooded and caved in.
Take a small pinch of Himalayan salt for every cup of water you gonna guzzle down. You’ll drink lesser and you won’t be dehydrated despite drinking lot of water.

I would just try Phillips IMO. They have the foundation of years of R&D. I've found that overall unless something drastically changed, there is something to legacy brands. New innovative brands often don't have durability.

I noticed you mentioned water amount you drink in a day and as much as I've been a huge proponent of "drink a ton" , I've heard time and again that plain water will actually dehydrate us. Those minerals you're adding is what we essentially wash out of our systems.
I have the same mineral drops and use them once in a while also. What helped me is buying Pedialyte and mixing it into water.
Ya, I heard that earlier this year and those mineral drops have helped. Anything remotely sweet tasting like Pedialyte makes me feel dehydrated too
2 gallons is way too much water, like 3 to 4 times the recommended amount. You know people can die from too much water too right?
@@AjaDangAre you actually that thirsty or do you just prefer to drink that much water? I'm asking because my mom is constantly thirsty when her blood sugar is too high. She is diabetic.
You may be drinking too much water. What can happen is that if you drink an excessive amount of water, you mess with the balance of the electrolytes in your body. This can cause you to get dizzy among other things. Look into this before you hurt yourself.
Haha my (out loud) reaction when she said how much she drinks was “TWO GALLONS, HOLY SHIT!!”

With you on the water front and may need to purchase those mineral drops. I take a med that makes me sooo dehydrated. I’ll drink a full tumbler and 5 min later my mouth feels like I ate sand

I have learned if you eat your water (melons, crunchy greens, cucumber, tomato etc) your body has more time to take in water through your tract and you feel more hydrated.
I do like cucumbers and green beans, maybe I just need to increase my servings

Guuuuurl 2 gallons is way too much! Too much water dilutes the blood, which can be seriously dangerous. Maybe cutting down the water helps? Even 1 gallon is too much, but thats a good start. Hope you feel better soon! Best wishes from a doctor 🙏🥰
