- Hey everyone! I'm Aja Dang and this video is all about how I get that glow up. I'm showing you what products I use (makeup and skincare) to get that natural glow I always rock. I love my no makeup makeup look and the trick to looking fresh and healthy (while wearing very little makeup) is concentrating on your morning and night skin care routine and using mostly cream products that move with your skin instead of powder products that sit on top of your skin.

I am really happy you’re encouraging people to take care of their skin and lay low on the makeup.
Growing up in France, I was taught that skincare was extremely important and natural beauty had to be nurtured. Now, I barely ever wear makeup besides eyebrow gel and sometimes mascara, and most of my friends (in the US) think I am crazy when we go out because it only takes me 5mn to get ready (I usually mix in a bit of foundation with my moisturizer as I flush when I drink).
Aziliz Cloitre I’ve noticed French women barely wear any makeup. Natural beauty is best!
I totally agree that cream products are the way to go. Ive never tried a multi sick before. It's definitely going to be my next makeup purchase. Thank you! xx
I love how effortless your makeup looks. So pretty.
Yes we all love a natural glowy queen 👑✨
Always simple but elegant 😍😍😍
You look great without any makeup. Great content.
thank you!
I’m so jealous you have the most beautiful skin ever!!!😍
❤❤❤you my fav Aja! Been loving your content lately. Great editing😚
wow, thank you!
Yesss I love that makeup look so much! I’ve been inspired to be okay with walking out the house with just brows and a lol bit of concealer and it feels so good!
I feel best with minimum makeup
Love it!
Your hair is so long ❤ i definitely feel you on the glowing skin issue. Btw, you have beautiful skin ❤

Love a skincare routine that will allow me to be without makeup the next day!
Amazing ..
Haha I was watching halfway and wondering about your guasha and hello, it pops up! Woo! You look gorgeous when you wake up! 🤩
you know that my gua sha is bae!
@@AjaDang I'm going to get myself one of those gua sha baes too!
Loving this video! Learned a lot :) what is your favorite blush/lip stick?
for blush, I switch between Hourglass and Burts Bees. Lipstick, I normally stick to lip balm. But I'm actually going to do a lipstick collection video in a couple months.
Great video! Would love to see a video about your reusable cotton rounds!!! Was it an adjustment to transition? Do you use for skin care and eye make up removal? Do they work just as well? Are they hard to clean? Thanks!
absolutely not! They were such an easy transitions and I was them every time I was my laundry. I use it for all the above but since I don't wear eye makeup too much, it's mostly for my skincare routine
I am soo bad at doing minimal makeup. This routine actually seems realistic. I can’t wait to try it 😍
sometimes our skin needs a break from the beat down, ya know?
Love 💘. Are you using bite beauty-almond! Must have what color you are using!
You are looking drop dead gorgeous when you wake up. So cute...
You're stunning.
Aja I actually would love like an in depth sunscreen video!
ah interesting! what type of info are you looking for?
@@AjaDang face vs body. I keep reading about mineral sunscreen, not sure if that really is important. What SPFs and how often. Does it just not matter past a certain number (30 vs 70spf) . What step in morning regime to do it? Ever mix it with moisturizer? And my biggest is a brand that isn't crazy expensive but won't break me out or greasy. I love your videos! Keep it up 🧡
Hi Aja, love your videos...Question, do you still have eyelash extensions and if so, do the facial oils and oil cleansers affect them at all? I have eyelash extensions and was told to stop using my oil cleanser as it can break down the glue. Thank you! ❤️
hi! Yes I still have my extensions and I still use oil cleaners. But also remember, I rarely wear liner or eye makeup so I'm just really careful when I wash my face and it hasn't been a big deal. I just rub the oil cleanser on my eye lids, never rubbing my lashes. But ya, you're not supposssed to use oils but I like my oils too much to stop. And my lash extensions still last 4-5 weeks.
Love your robe! Where is it from?!?!
Great video, thank you! Ive got to know where that gorgeous shower curtain is from.
Urban!
What shade do you use in the RMS concealer?
wow, you look great,. what is the bite multi stick shade you used in this video.
almond
what shade did you use for the bite multistick?? looks gorgeous
Almond
What kind of beauty blender do you recommend? Ty
Where is your rob from?! It looks so soft!
it's from a spa in LA. It IS very comfy
how do you wash your reusable bamboo cotton pads?! i’m nervous to just throw them in the wash
I throw them in the wash lol.
I used the odacite wild carrot serum, i don't know anything about the Murad but that little bottle of odacite sure does give the glow, but it doesn't last too long, for that hefty price tag😩
ya those Odacite bottles are pretty small haha
You're a cross between Christy Turlington and Jessica Biehl. My problem area is my t -zone b/c I tend to get a lot of blackheads on my nose.
hiiii aja.. love this video.. where did you get those little facial rounds that you are using??? 💞💞
I linked them in the description box!
@@AjaDang thank you 💞
where do you get your robe?
Look how long your hair is! You look so cute, as always.
i know right?! I think it's been about 3 years since I chopped it off
I have eczema skin and it is really annoying. How I get my glow skin is by origins' ginizing line and nature republic. The eye cream, scrub and moisturizing cream is everything.
thanks for your tip. I know this will help a lot of people.
ALOE and COCONUT OIL IS YOUR BEST FRIEND IF YOU GET FLARE UPS
the facial oil should be last, the oil is a sealer, whatever you put BEFORE the oil will be locked in, whatever you put AFTER putting the oil will not penetrate, it will just sit on top, it will feel sof but is not going to be absorbed by your skin bcz the oil already seal it
the facial oil should never be last. you have to let each product soak into your skin before apply the next. oil should always be first. You apply skincare according lightness to thickness. Creams are last. always.
Applying from light to thick is correct for skincare products, natural oils are not skincare products, are Natural Oils so that "rule" doesn't apply to them. A 100% natural oil good for face like Argan oil, Rosehip seed oil will take 15 to 30 mnts to be completely absorbed in the skin (varies depending on the type of oil and skin type)...but by that time and since the oil was completely absorbed you won't even need a moisturizer, unless you are in a dry and/or very cold weather or you have super duper flaky dry skin. But if you want to be able to use a moisturizer at the same face routing as you use the oil, you apply the oil last, and the oil will seal all the goodness you applied right before. If you have normal to oily skin the oils are better to use them at night right after the moisturizer, in the morning you don't need oil...unless, again, you have a VERY dry skin, or live in a harsh dry/cold weather.
Ancient middle eastern ppl knew about this and they would wash their face with water and then without drying it, they would apply argan/morrocan/rosehip oils...of course back on those times there were no harmful radicals like we have now, that's why is good to use a good serum with antioxidants to protect the skin, then the moisturizer to moisturize with sunblock during the day and natural oil during night
Wch oil did u use in d morning??
And the other products as well please (used in the morning
What highlighter was that?
just linked the highlighter in the description box
omg...you cant use oil cleansers with eyelash extensions, it will make it fall off easier
i've been doing it for 4 years and haven't had a problem. But i don't put them on my lashes and am pretty careful. My lashes still last 4-5 weeks
I don't know how to use color on paper. I bet putting make-up on a person would be hilarious. I don't like drawing with color because I don't know why blending even matters, if I do draw with a colored-pen I hate thinking about the color. I am a picky-person and it doesn't matter outside of my life; so I make sure I don't force anyone to know that. If I ever try to doodle again, maybe I'd use another medium instead of just pen-and-notebook-paper. Tattoos got me feeling aggravated and mistake-less; reason why drawing in pen is my go too medium. If people are so infatuated with the taboo and intrigued by showing their body-art, then I'll just stick to looking nerdy and keep my notebook-paper and pen-drawings all to myself. I heard modern tattooing is a form of branding now, instead of identification for sailors lost at sea. It's still taboo to me, an iffy art.
Girl, ease up on all that rubbing
trust me, i'm not rubbing as hard as it looks.
I liked it better when your skincare was creulty free ☹
my products are ALWAYS cruelty free.
