    I haven’t tuned into a ton of these (mostly just where I see fit for myself). I think a mini series for the “9-5” worker would be super beneficial. Especially with all of the contradicting content out there. Things like training with limited time, general lifting tips, clearing up some of the confusion for the general public, etc….

    Great episode guys! In my first prep now and things have been up and down! Even had a strange mini rebound at 216lbs and shot up to 240lbs looking the biggest and tightest I’d ever been. Now I’m struggling to get under 220lbs! Training has definitely hit a point now where I need to take a step back and think as strength is half of what is usually is! Thanks for all the tips!

      I feel you on the strength part 😅. How did you rebound like that? Was it a few high carb days, refeeds or something completely different.

      @@steveymcneckbeard We pretty much went from 60g of carbs a day to about 200g (all bagels 😂) and swapped out tren and mast for primo and eq. Somehow I stayed really tight! I hope my off season after my first show goes like this too haha!

    Question for Luke and John. What fasting glucose levels do you want your clients around for the most part?

    • @xenon8657
      @xenon8657 Před rokem

      I thought I heard them say 90-110 FBG is their ideal but if I’m wrong feel free to correct me.

    Calorie deficits being equal, would you expect person A doing a straight deficit through diet vs person B using a deficit from diet and cardio...would you expect one to see better results?

      Person A will have less food than person B. Person B will have more endurance and cardiovascular benefits than person A.
