A really nice storage solution
Thank you
What I love about this video is It shows Matt's qualities...
1. Mentoring- build of skills from previous videos.
2. Humility
3. Well edited.
Thanks
That is very kind of you Tom
Cheers Matt nice job again
Thank you
Looks really nice on the wall mate
Thank you very much
....and the epilogue of course is very nice !!!!! but those panel clamps are cool !!!!!!!
Thank you
Nice collection 👍
Thanks Anna
I like the matrix of holes in your benchtop and the way your drillpress securely registers wherever you want it.
Thank you
Fine looking storage solution!
Thank you Alan
Nice planes and a nice build to bring it all together.
Thank you very much
Very useful, thank you for sharing.👍
Hand planes are just like clamps...........you always need 1 more LOL. Great project
Thanks Mike. This is very true
Nice work! 👍🏻👊🏻
Thank you
Nice effective project matt.
Thanks Billy
Excellent job Matt, love the vids as always !
Thank you very much
Nice job looking great now to find channel no 2 🍺🍺👍👍👍
Thank you very much Brian
Good job bud. Forgot how good an idea those panel clamps you made were. Must get round to knocking some of those up for myself! Didn't realise you had a second channel. Love a bit of waffling myself. I'll give it a look. Not sure how you bloody do it mind. I can barely keep up with trying to put out a single vid once every couple of weeks!
This is because you have a propper job.
Nice and simple I like it
Thank you
Nice little project sir.. I love the BRIWAX Matt. Just renovated a little old folding table and used the Dark Oak BRIWAX on the top. Painted the rest grey.
I’m gonna make some of those clamps for sure. 👍🏼 Thanks for sharing with us again.
Thank you. It is a great finish, so easy to use
Nicely done. But in the UK, purely for your information, a dado is called a housing.
Thanks
That did look satisfying when you put the shelves in. I hope one day to have a similar feeling (and not the oh crap, what have I done feeling I usually get)
Don't worry I normally have the same feeling
Nice build. If interested in reducing the dust and noise, a smoother plane can finish a surface so smooth that sanding would leave it rougher.
Nicely done once again Matt 👍. Glad to see your putting your "Badger corner blocks" to good use 😁. I suggest a smaller rack in the same style... just for your Badger blocks... go on... you know you want to 😁. Keep up the great vids 👍
Thank you. I do need a place to store them
Nice plane collection Matt. Just an observation though: i never see you use any hand planes in any of your videos. You could have used one here to join the boards but you used your table saw. You could have used a block plane to flush up the fingers, but you used a sander instead and unless I'm mistaken you have a dado plane in your collection too.
I'm guilty of the same thing. modern day wood workers have a nostalgic soft spot of planes/chisels etc but in reality our machines are much quicker and easier to use.
As i said in video they have been stored away
Now you can expand your plane collection :D
Yes always room for more
Looks great Matt👍👍 also subscribed to ur 2nd channel 😊
Thanks Josh
Pallet wood spice rack
I have made one
Is that tub of Briwax big enough Matt? Nice job 👍 😊
I do love my wax
Well done! Those corner clamping blocks are marvelous. If I may inquire: what's that table-base-looking assembly in the background at about 6:13? Upcoming video? I hope so!
Thank you. Yes its for a little side table i am making
Do you have a video or make plans for that T/Saw straight edge jig, by any chance? I can't figure out how those clamps are holding on the underside.
I will make a video about it. Might take a few weeks
@@Badgerworkshop that would be fantastic cheers
Neato plane storage, mate. 👍
Can never have too many, aye!
Off to suss out your other channel, and subscribe. 👌
Thanks Bill and thanks for the sub
