Finish Russian Doll. If season one is about dying and deciding you want to live, season two is about learning how to live. I will continue to rewatch both over and over and can’t wait for the next.
The only thing I remember about Ambercrombie was the horrible headache inducing stench of colonge that was pumped out of their front door. I felt so sorry for their neighbors and walked past it as fast as I could!

Omg! Finally found another person who don't like Killing Eve. I never understand the praises it get. I quit around ep 4 or 5 of the season 1 like u because I can't get into the story and frankly, the acting.
I am excited to see "We're All Going To The World's Fair." It's been on my watchlist for quite some time now.

Re: Russian Doll, I think it's interesting how this second series actually reflects its title of Russian Doll (the different generations of women interconnecting), whereas the first didn't really. Makes me think the writers must have already had this series planned when naming it. I really enjoyed this new season, but I agree, the first definitely had more to it.
I rarely give up on shows, this one I could only manage 3 episodes before I couldn't take any more of the rasping voice spitting out endless one liners, not funny or engaging enough.

I also watched Umma this month and - also - found it quite disappointing. I really wanted to love it, but there was just no mystery or tension. Like you said - it got a short film-vibe.

I rewatched Raw too after seeing Titane at my local art cinema. I love them both. It was good to see Titane with others as there were some great reactions to some scenes. The Northman is definitely a cinema film, but Bjork is my favourite thing in it. I love Ginger Snaps, werewolf films are so hard to get right.
Batman was a great movie
Can you imagine working at the real estate firm? The drama would drive me absolutely bonkers! The commissions on those houses are very juicy though.

Worst Room Mate ever was triggering! I once had a roomie throw dirty dishes from the sink, against the wall behind me. Her logic being if there were no dishes (cos they were broken) there would be nothing to clean! But there weren’t any murders as far as I know 😂

I had the same issue with the Jimmy Seville doc- it took forever to get to his crimes, then they kind of rushed it in the end. Weird pacing.

I think I'm 4 episodes into Russian Doll season two and I'm miserable. Season 1 was so good, and I'm so bummed out how this new season is going.
Completely agree with you on Belfast; pure Oscar-baiting, yet completely unworthy. For its subject matter it was breezy, and also rather boring, even unsympathetic. It wasn't the worst picture nominated for Best Picture, but it was right there on the bottom for me.
