Wow you've watched all 1001 films to watch before you die. I've just looked at the list and many of my favourite films are in it. I might watch no. 1 soon, it sounds interesting
I did indeed. Madness. Took me 2 years of relentless watching to get through them all. There was another guy who blogged his way though the list reviewing every film, took him 6 years! Thanks, hope you enjoy if you watch it.
Never been a film fan but I will certainly try and watch these. Never watched or heard of any of them other than being slightly aware of the old Van Gogh film. Thanks for this Donald, could be quite inspiring🙏
Really? I’m the complete opposite, as you may have now gathered 😅 I find these sorts of films can be quite a good way to discover artists I wasn’t aware of, or didn’t know much about. Cheers for watching even when the subject isn’t your cup of tea 🙂
@@UrbanSketchy Au contraire, it is about art so it is very much my cup of tea😉 Just a media I don’t use but can still appreciate. By the way, the W&N Promarker course/experiment was a disaster, I just cannot get on with them🤔
That’s a shame, good to try the markers I suppose, you’d always be curious otherwise. This is the problem with experimenting though, you end up with piles of art materials that you’ll never use again!
