I love the way he says once you ' Unlock ' the handstand you are going to Unlock insane upper body strength . Makes me feel like a rpg video game character trying to level up . ;) Thanks for the motivation Chris .

This is my first comment .My dad recommended Calisthnics and I found this channel a few days ago .I've been training HANDSTAND .It's hard a bit,but I don't know why I feel good after the practice .I respect your passion .I want to see you someday and show you my handstand .

Took 5 months of practicing it twice a week. But thanks to this tutorial and his shoulder workout I can now handstand for 20 seconds!!! Isn’t a crazy long time but can’t wait to see what I’ll reach end of the year!

I was so close to hand stand but got ill mid way, now I am recovered after 3 months and ready to try again
Super important guidance. Practising handstand hold for some time already and just learning about the finger press has improved my longest hold from 1 to 5 seconds just in one training season. Thank you Chris!
