  • Isang espesyal na dinuguan para sa ating 4000 subscribers and counting. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtangkilik sa aking channel. Ang ingredients na binanggit ko ay sakto at walang labis. Ito yung lasa, kung paano nagustuhan ng mga tao na nasa party noong isang araw. Sana ay magustuhan ninyo.
    Ingredients:
    2 kilograms Pork Belly
    3 tablespoons cooking oil
    1 whole minced garlic
    2 medium size chopped onions
    2 teaspoon black pepper powder
    2 pieces bay leaves
    3 teaspoons salt
    5 tablespoons fish sauce
    1 teaspoon freshly grind peppercorns
    1 1/4 cup vinegar
    1 liter water
    1 teaspoon seasoning granules
    10 pieces green chili (siling pangsinigang)
    1 kilogram fresh pork blood

    I happen upon a vlog which suggested tamarind powder instead of vinegar. It was a pleasant/delicious discovery. Since then I'm more venturesome with recipes, trusting my own judgment. I've added some chopped chicken balunbalunan for textural interest , pork ears , pork cheeks and well tenderized pork spare ribs bones removed for better umami, instead of isaw or pork intestines.

    Guys nabasa ko mga comments actually iba iba kasi tayo ng version bawat lugar samin sa isabela IBANAG,itawes at ilocano original kasi n dinuguan namin is mga lamang loob ng baboy.but same process ng cooking.no gata no luya or lemon grass.just garlic and peeper at ung panlasa un lang..sometimes with sugar but for me ayaw ko may asikal s luto ko hahahaha.this is my favorite ulam kaya lagi aq nagluluto at may version aq n toasted and crispy dinuguan😊boss jeff gusto ko luto mo simple lng verry easy to follow specially for those who wants to try it nice perfect.

      Nag luto aq this week lng tosted dinuguan nd ko hinalo ang tosted na laman tsaka ko lng ilagay sa dugo na naluto pag kakain nlng ako..nagtagal ng ilang araw still crispy parin ung laman niya lalong sumasarap habang tumatagal..yummy

      I think nakatry na din ako nyan nung nagpunta ako ng bicol. Di lang siguro ako sanay ng lasa ng gata sa dinuguan. But we can give it a try next time.

      Kelangan maluto sa sarili niyang mantika yung baboy. 3 times pa nga naglagay ng paminta.
      Lagyan din ng kunting sugar.
      Sabagay. Kanya kanyang stelo ng pagluluto. Pag gutom masarap narin.lol

    masarap pa rin ang dinuguan na ang dugo ay nilalagay sa kinayod na niyog tapos saka gagatain..hindi buha-buhangin ang hitsura ng dugo..parang cream at malinamnam pa dahil sa gata.

    Noons araw Wala naman iyan laurel,mas magagaling magluto ang mga Lolo ,Lola, mga magulang natin noon kesa ngayon, kong naaalala ninyo kapag May mga handa an sa mga probincya natin noon Gaya ng Fiesta,kasalanan,binyag At iba pa May naglalagay ba ng laurel,Wala Dba kaya mas magagaling pa din ang mga Tao noong araw talaga magluto.

      I personally don’t like with lemongrass and ginger. This version is the same version I fell in love with dinuguan. But thank you for your ‘suggestion.’ Appreciate :)

      To each their own. We have our own preferences, I myself didn't grow up eating dinuguan with lemongrass or ginger in it. I would word your opinion differently to not sound so demanding and people may even try making your version. Just my two cents. 🤗
