Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork, cubed
22 grams Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix, Original
10 ounces pork blood
1 piece onion, chopped
2 thumbs ginger, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons cooking oil
4 pieces dried bay leaves
3 pieces long green pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
Ground black pepper to taste

Yes it is good to use. I done it Year 1994 and since then it is an ingredient for me this sinigang mix in cooking my Ilocano style dinuguan.

Is Illocano style dinuguan dry? I would like dry dinuguan, if you can help..ty
@@mailerumong yes Ilocano dinuguan is dry, and mostly they used laman loob like the pig stomach, large and small intestines and sometimes add pork meat especially the one with the fatty part . But some ilocanos are also into saucy dinuguan especially if eaten with " puto" but for Ilocanos who have it with alcohol prefer it dry.

Sinigang mix tlga ang gamit ko ever since which is sooo good 👍🏻 kasi sa amin sa nueva ecija usbong ng sampalok ang gamit hihiwain ng pino at dadagdagan ng sinigang mix is ag kulang sa asim. At dahil andito ako sa australia wlang usbong ng sampalok i used sinigang mix.

You are right kapag brown colour ang dugo Hindi completely cooked iyon malansa . Cook the blood jelly well. Ang asim should be more Kundi para ka lamang naglaga..
