In tanza navotas city we call that tinumis chef, my lola used to cook it everday in our carinderia. For only 10 pesos per serving po ang benta nmin ng tinumis.
Same here in Nueva Ecija, we called it tinumis.
For us Ilokanos, tinumis is the intestines with pork blood. Not the lean meat.
Also in NE,,Tinumis ,,,,,Luto sa Sampalok po ntikman ko,,yummy ! 👌👍👏🏻😀

Same recipe that we make in Bicol.
I grew up with this recipe that my Mom used to cook for us. She is now turning 80 years old.
And, now I am continuing her legacy as the family cook.
It is always Great to share a bowl of happiness with the family.

true chef, taga bicol po ako, lumaki ako sa dinuguan na may gata. ng napunta ako dito maynila nagtaka ako sa dinuguan dito parang malabnaw, un pala walang gata. masarap din naman, pero mas masarap po talaga pag may gata.
Agree! Sometimes I cook dinuguan without gata pero preferred ko meron.

Sa Bicol yung dugo ilalagay na sa niyog na kinayod at sabay na sa pag piga , minsan yung part ng niyog na kinayod lalagyan ng baga ng fire wood para masunog ng konti for another aroma , kung pang ulam naman at marami ang kakain they extend it with gulay na lanka .
Favorite ko din yan.sarap ng luto ng mama ko nyan.nagpapasalamat ako sa mama ko at namana ko sa kanya Ang pagluluto nya ng masarap na dinuguan❤️😘

Prima! Deine Mutter kann gut Deutsch sprechen, Chef. Die Blutsuppe sieht lecker aus. Ich bin Dein Fan, Chef aus CDO, aber ein Ofw seit 2018 hier in Deutschland. Ich koche auch Dinuguan hier aber ich benutze eine Blutwurst. Es ist auch lecker.

I haven't had tinumis or dinuguan for quite a long time ago , yan ang tawag ng nanay ko- taga San Miguel, Bulacan sya.Sarap-Yon taga San Pablo, Lagubvb a, nilalagyan nila ng mustasa o labanos- masarap , jaso n.v akaalis ng imay.
