  • Finally, natapos ko din ang aking napakasarap na Pork Adobo recipe. Simpleng version ng pagluto, para sa mga kababayan natin na on the go lagi at no time to cook.
    Ingredients:
    1 kg pork belly
    1 medium size onion
    8 cloves garlic
    2 pcs bay leaves
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 1/2 cup water

    Ganyan din ako magluto ng adobo, sobrang favorite ng mga anak ko. Pero may idinadagdag akong banana catsup at konting brown sugar. Super yummy😋

    This makes me so hungry. You forgot to serve the rice ha, ha. My son likes pork belly and I don’t know where he learned to eat pork belly because I don’t cook pork belly at home. I cook this kind of food for him. I guess he goes to Filipino Restaurant and when he comes home, he would ask me to cook that kind of food. Gutom na naman ako. Sarap naman yan Kuya.!Cook for me!     That's the twist from my adobo, at 4:25 . To make it a bit sweet, can you add diced tomatoes at this point? Loved burnt tomatoes coated with pork fats

      i actually don't personally prefer sweet adobo, i want it to be authentic. but sometimes, if my sweet tooth will demand for it, then it must be sweet (very seldom though)

    Try nyo lang po na huwag làgyan ng tubig. I set nyo lang po sa mahinang apoy at para lalong sumarap ang inyong adobo pampanga style

      Yeah, may times na ganyan din ginagawa ko, ginigisa muna. Pero pag nagmamadali, kahit diretso na.
      Tama, kahit di na din maglagay mg salt.

      Hello Gina, the amount placed in that small bowl is more than 1/2 cup (amount needed is specified on the ingredients)
